We as an organisation did our own check. Our rates were reduced by half but still substantially higher than before. We contacted AppealmyratesUK to challenge our business rates. They told us not to proceed with a challenge, they were completely honest and straight forward. They could have simply taken the job and earned some money, instead they looked at all the documents we sent and advised us not to take the matter any further. This was all done free of charge. We would highly recommend this company due to their integrity and honesty.

After reversing my small business rates relief and 5 months of dealing with my council, I was at my wits end. I was a little nervous of dealing with a company in London that I knew nothing about, so far away from my home. But I took a leap of faith & signed the paper & paid them. It is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. They took absolutely everything over and I didn't deal with the council again until I opened the letter saying that the council had reinstated my small business rates relief.
