Easy online ordering. Customer Service great.

I can't stand love2shop. The system is so overly complex, slow and clunky. The top up doesn't work. The exchanges take ages. I just hate the whole thing. The app has also gone now even though that was awful too.

Very simple and easy to use

Easy to use the website and simple to spend. Given as a gift, it was easy to top up to the spend value I needed, then converted to a Mastercard to spend.

I like that you can top up your 'Love2Shop' card & get various amounts of discount.
However, I don't like the long-winded top up process & length of time you have to wait for the amount to drop onto your card. I have other 'top-up' cards which are instant & I don't see why you have to wait for 'processing' with this one. When you're shopping, you want to spend the topped-up amount whilst you're visiting that retailer instantly!
I'd also like to see Love2Shop collaborate with more retailers, especially more Supermarkets!

Not happy at the moment as the care isn’t letting me spend the money, I have topped it up thinking I could use on line and it still won’t work, why is it so hard to use??

David Jones is our account manager and I am new to ordering the vouchers. He was so kind and helpful talking me stap by step through the website on how to order the vouchers, very helpful

Aftersales responses to queries are always provided promptly.

I was given a gift card that someone got for a survey. When I registered it with love2shop I found that every top up has 7% Discount at the moment!

Great for spending in Iceland on their OAP 10% off days. Certainly makes the money go further.

Called customer services as I had an issue logging into the correct site. The member of staff was very helpful and sorted out my problem and stayed on till I was finished just in case.

Could not activate the voucher through the site

Nir could they do it in Primark

Said I had to spend all the voucher in one store

I have asked the present giver to return the voucher as I had one before. I prefer a voucher that I can just use
