The express post cost was not worth it. Order on the Monday am paid for the 2 - 4 day delivery but did not receive the item until the following Monday, past the person's birthday.

Very disappointed with how frail the…
Very disappointed with how frail the bracelets are. I don’t think they will last very long. I bought them for my self daughter and grandaughter for something very special we can wear together. I am very concerned they will stand up to being worn. I am actually deciding whether to return for refund because of frailty

Slow delivery but great customer service
Quality of jewellery and packaging is beautiful. Customer service was responsive. But delivery took 2 weeks from order date. So take that into account when ordering.

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. Apologise for the wait for the package, I have tracked your order and it is scheduled to arrive today (5th of August 2024).
Shipping is done through Australia Post and you do not need to download an app, tracking can be done via the Australia Post website or through the link that you have been emailed. If you need the tracking link to be re-sent please let me know.
