I had the pleasure of talking to Sinead Swayne on the telephone. Sinead has been taking care of my insurance needs for many years. And, as always, she was very efficient and thorough. I'm very happy with her.

Tara went over and beyond to answer all my questions and to steer me in the right direction in obtaining the best cover and satisfactory price for my home insurance .I was indeed extremely impressed by her manner in dealing with me and her knowledge of home insurance. My wife had left her car insurance renewal until the last minute and didn't shop around. With less than 24 hours to go I rang Arachas to renew her insurance. Within 5 minutes of chatting to Brian Kerrigan, he had saved us €200 on our premium when he didn't have to! He could have just taken the renewal price seeing as I had less than 2 hours until the close of business to ring other companies. It was a very efficient and friendly service with a short wait time on the phone. Very happy customer.

I recently took out motor insurance with Arachas. The customer agent (Mark) and all the team members were very helpful & efficient. Quick & easy process from the first point of contact by phone.

The amazing service I receive, I find insurance very daunting and I always panic when it comes near my renewal. I always get in contact with Mary Keating, as she explains everything very clearly & her knowledge and kindness is unmatched. I used to dread contacting insurance companies but not any more. I contacted them on Tuesday, and by Thursday our car was fully insured and covered from 12:00 noon. They were both extremely responsive, professional and helpful throughout the whole process.

Moving to a new country (France / Ireland) involves a lot of administrative steps, so having such an efficient and supportive team really made a difference.

I AM WAITING 6 DAYS FOR A STANDBY/REPLACEMENT CAR.
HAVE EMAILED AND CONTACTED ARACHAS SEVERAL TIMES AND GET MOVED AROUND TO OTHER STAFF FOR 6 DAYS WITH NO PROGRESS.
CANT GET TO WORK OR NORMAL DAILY CHORES.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE AND COMPLIANCE WITH CONTRACT CONDITIONS IS NON EXISTENT.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOLLOWING THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE.

I have Dealt direct with Tara O’ Riordan, Tara has been absolutely professional and has an excellent understanding of the clients requests. We could be doing with a few more Tara's in Customer direct teams
