I had the pleasure of dealing with Simone Brennan while trying to get my policy across the line, and I can say she was brilliant throughout. It wasn’t a straightforward process, but she stayed patient, calm, and really helpful the whole way through. She kept things moving, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a very stressful situation less so.

I had to call up to renew my policy and have some details changed. Brian Kerrigan took my call who was not only very efficient, speedy and also very friendly. Was a quick and painless overall. Thank you Brian.

Called urgently looking for trade fair insurance needed for the next day. The person on the phone said someone would call me back, and I also filled out the online form which promised I’d be contacted shortly. Nobody ever got back to me before the office closed, and now they’re unavailable for the weekend. Very disappointing communication and customer service, especially when I clearly explained it was urgent.

Have been with Arachas Insurance for a number of years and always pleasure to deal with. Big thanks to Tara Burns who assisted me with my policy today, outstanding customer service.

Very disappointed with this service. Have been a customer several years now and coming to near the end of my policy this year and to update my new address they have tried to charge me a fee of €65. Absolute disgrace. Will be looking elsewhere for my renewal quote after this experience.
