The customer service of this store is top notch! Really lovely! The enclosures are shipped securely and everything arrives safely. I've ordered 3 times now and every time is been great. They even sent me a t-shirt for my birthday! The communication is the best I've seen from a business in a long time!

The website was easy to follow and find what I needed. I was contacted straight away when there was a issue and given options on how I wanted to fix it. The delivery itself was so quick and the enclosures are amazing quality. I would highly recommend and I will be buying from them again.

From the start, the customer service was second to none. I requested for a max ventilation enclosure, Richard added it as an option immediately. He was very clear regarding delivery times and constantly updated me, he notified me that the max ventilation lid would be slightly late and rather than holding my order, has sent out the crib with a standard lid until he’s able to ship out the max lid. The quality is as great as expected, incredibly well made and crystal clear. If you know of tarantula cribs, you’ll know how strong their reputation is. I’d say this is the best experience I’ve had with any company ever. Now I’ll wait for my spider to arrive. Richard, you’re the man!
