Not a very good experience
Not a very good experience with this company. They could’ve worked out that they couldn’t help with a shower tray issue before arrival. Full report on nothing much and then chased the money and try to charge extra for delayed payment, which wasn’t very long.. Felt like a rip-off and excessive bullying. Unfortunately, not recommended

Aren Plumbing offers excellent workmanship and pricing. Every time I have used them, they have provided an outstanding service. Extremely trustworthy, the team repaired a broken pipe at the rear of my property and serviced two boilers for me.
They are always efficient, tidy and knowledgeable, delivering a highly professional service. I would highly recommend.

A good job, from an honest engineer
Engineer was polite, prompt, and did a great job on my boiler service. Properly cleaner out our magnetic filter which previous British Gas engineers haven't done on a service. British Gas also tried to sell me a new boiler on the last service saying the old one might not last another season, whilst the Aren engineer gave me an honest assessment that there were no signs of needing replacement yet and likely had a good few years left in it. Nice to have an honest opinion from someone not trying to upsell me. We'll be using Aren again in future.

Trustworthy, skilful professionals
We had moved into a new house and on the day we realised that we didn't have a gas safety certificate. We called Aren who got an engineer round within a few hours. The engineer was thorough, polite and very knowledgeable about his industry and the options open to us with regards to overhauling our old heating system. I highly recommend Aren as trustworthy, skilful professionals.
