A reliable central London plumbing company. I found Aren Heating and plumbing after much research through search engines.
They appear to be a proper company that can get the job done in a reasonable time frame at a reasonable price. I am a Landlord and were easy to work.

Aren responded responded to my request to take over a failed attempt to install a digital heating control. My usual contact had been unable to do this, and Aren detected the reason for this: the factory setting had for some reason been changed so the control was completely ineffective. Detecting this required great patience, and correcting it required a very involved discussion with the manufacturers. So far, it sounds quite straightforward, but I have Parkinson's Disease, so explaining what Aren wanted to know before they contacted the manufacturers was very difficult for me. They were very understanding about this, and they were able to piece together what they needed to do from my very poor explanation. When they realised that the first attempt had failed, they responded within half an hour. For the successful installation they charged less than the original suppliers who did nothing anyway.

Used this company for a few years. First it was repairs to a very crappy boiler every 3 months. After a few repairs i took their advice to replace it and they installed a new one a few years ago, which has been completely reliable and i haven't had to call them out for repairs in nearly 3 years! I have them out just to service it. Really trust their workmanship and service, they always do a fantastic job - and long term have saved me money!

Arrived promptly within the time given on a phone call. All work carried out efficiently and with due care. New kitchen tap installed and isolator valves fitted. Also bathroom basin unblocked. If have any future plumbing work, I happily use again and recommend to people I know.

We contacted Aren Heating & Plumbing because water was constantly running into the toilet bowl from a faulty flush valve. They responded quickly and sent Jason out to take a look. They diagnosed the issue immediately, and fitted a replacement. The toilet now flushes perfectly with zero leaks. The service was fast, clean, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
