We had an emergency. Our hot water had gone off and our hive was malfunctioning. Ryan did a video check to save unecessary call out then on triage suggested we go straight to an electrician which he helped us access. The electrician identified there was a leak that had short circuited the hot water electrical and in sync with RCA a heating engineer the problem was fixed shortly after, all on a Friday afternoon.

Ryan and his team installed our boiler 7 years ago and have been servicing it every year since then.Every employee who has done the job has been excellent , including Chase who did a very professional job on this occasion. We can recommend RCA as a reliable , thorough company.

Chase was very professional, turned up on time and was very courteous, efficiently serviced my boiler and tidied up after. Can't ask for more.

Usual excellent service from RCA. Lots of polite reminders about appointment, clear time slot for work and an alert when the plumber was on his way. This is all done very professionally. James was,
as usual, cheerful, helpful and professional. He did an excellent job, the price was very fair and the bill properly itemised.

Annual service . RCA plumbing & Heating always send reminders of service date and follow up with emails . Everything is automated and efficient.staff are friendly and talk through everything. Competitive prices. Highly recommend

RCA are amazing! Alisha was my first contact when phoning and she was helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease, while ensuring I was put on to the right people to sorty issue. Ryan (engineer) reviewed the pictures of my issue and quickly arranged the right person for the job. Chase came to the house and was able to sort the cistern with ease! He was professional, onowledgeable and helpful at all times, giving me the right advice. He made everything seem minor and reassured me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using RCA again! Thank You to everyone at RCA for an amazing service.

James found the problem told me what needed to be done and then got straight on and rectified it.

As always with RCA work carried out without any fuss and total cleanliness. James visited as planned on 04/06/2026 to carry out annual Boiler inspection and maintenance which was carried out as above. Marked up our book and sent out copies of paperwork the same day.
Also asked for my downpipe to be reconnected to the Rhône at the top as I am disabled and can no longer go up ladders. Again works carried out in a timely manner with no mess and no fuss.

Right from the start, Ryan and his squad made us feel completely relaxed and confident in their ability to fit our heat pump. They were extremely friendly, respectful, helpful and tidy - cleaning up not just at the end of each day, but as they went along. They did snagging after a couple of days, then came back and made any little changes that were needed, without being asked. They explained everything very clearly and made sure we knew exactly how the heat pump worked. Ryan made sure we didn't change anything in the house that didn't need changing (spending more than we needed) and I found him(and all the workers) reliable and trustworthy. I unreservedly recommend RCA to anyone!
