punctual, excellent tradesman, south African guy, very polite, used them a few times now, can't recommend them high enough.

I phoned on Monday and booked in for Tuesday at 3.30. Got a call Tuesday morning to change booking to 2.30. Chase was on my doorstep dead on time, and had the job done by 2.50. Lovely friendly guy, will definitely use RCA for any future jobs.

Chase from RCA came out to carry out an annual boiler service. Very friendly and professional. And he discovered and fixed a blockage under my sink that was affecting the boiler. Happy to see RCA any time and would 100% recommend them.

I would highly recommend RCA, from the initial installation of my boiler 4 years ago, with expert advice from Ryan on the most suitable model and placement. The installation was first class, very tidy workers and completed in a timely manner. Communication is excellent, always answers the phone or gets back very quickly. Also a reminder email annually to book a service. The service plan is excellent with a choice of 3 levels to suit budget and requirements. It gives me peace of mind that my annual service is covered and should I have an emergency that help is just a phone call away. All are friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Just had out annual boiler service completed…very happy…tidy…efficient…on time…great communication..good price…well pleased…

The work included replacing a really old boiler with brand new one and fitting 8 new radiators. It also involved a new mixer tap in the kitchen and work in both bathrooms, including a new mains operated shower installed in place of an electric one. Work was completed to a high standard, as efficiently, quickly, cleanly, and as inobtrusively, as such an amount of work could possibly be done. Nice bunch of guys. We're delighted with all the new stuff. Recommended.

RCA are my go to for all plumbing requirements for last 6+ years. Team are great.

Once again top notch service from RCA,even found the smallest gas leak from my behind my cooker you could imagine, only because of their due diligence in their workmanship.Have dealt with them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else, even when not sure about something their only to happy to help you over the phone if they can

Service engineer turned up on time and conducted the service. Very pleasant South African lad.He explained what he was going to do and confirmed the process as he worked through it.

The boiler was replaced last year so this was the first service. Unfortunately access to it is a bit tight as the boiler is in a cupboard which was purpose built for the previously smaller boiler. He provided some additional advice as to how this can adjusted to provide easier access for future services.

Reliable friendly local company. They offer different levels of care to suit the customer . They are very helpful in an emergency.

I had persistent banging pipes and a leaking joint that needed attention. Plumber from RCA fitted a new pressure reducing valve and attended to the leak. Unfortunately, the leak returned, however, Ryan himself promptly came back and made sure everything was properly sorted. Professional, polite and reassuring throughout, much appreciated.

The appointments are always made to suit me, they send me updates and are always on time. When my boiler needed a referral to the manufacturer they handled all of that for me so I didn't have to make the phone call myself, Friendly and helpful.

On the day. Given an estimated time of arrival .and they were delayed , I got plenty of notice of this ..

My job turned out to be more serious than just service ( melted baffle within the boiler !!!) And a much longer job..
Like my appointment, they messaged the next appointment to say they were delayed..
Parts ordered and boiler rebuilt ..

I got to see the faulty parts ( which were absolutely stuffed !!)
