I received a full refund within days, and the fee taken out was minimal.

Total Refund, My Mistake - Durian in Customer Service was Great!
I ordered from them and made a mistake in understanding the product specifications. I worked with Durian on the product support team and he was able to refund me the entire amount, even though it was my mistake in misinterpreting the product design. I will buy from them again.

Although I had an issue with my product, the two representatives that I dealt with Julia and Durian went above and beyond. They were quick to resolve my issue. They had great customer service and for this fact, I would do business with them again. Thank you for all your help!

I wouldn’t even give one star they’re terrible. They do not return money. They do not answer emails. I think it’s a scam. Don’t fall into it and their products are absolutely disgraceful. i’d like to escalate the fraudulent company. I’ve discussed above. They’ve yet to return my funds, even though they said they have. I will take this as far as I have to go to prove and help alleviate customers from being ripped off by companies that pretend to be a company, they are not a company. They’re a scam. They’ve done nothing but scam people from their funds without returning them giving them hard times excessive emails trying to get funds back is not something non-fraudulent company consist of.
