The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods... Toon meer

Parcels Never Received

I am happy with the ark customer service and with ark in general. I have ordered from ark before and had a great experience. But I have ordered clothing items from ark twice this month and every time my parcels were returned to ark. It most likely isn't because of ark but because of the delicery service. Yet still I am dissapointed because I wont receive my items and since they will be discontinued I have no chance of getting them:/

Very poor

I had two orders and both were delivered with items which I did not order which had the wrong tags of them and I ordered a pair of jeans in a 10 which came with a 10 tag and size 14 in the label. Very unreliable.

Wrong size sent

Only 2 out 3 items I ordered where sent, and one was sent in the wrong size. I went online to order it in the right size and it had gone out of stock.

Few issues

Why are you closing down.

Brilliant store with a varied and quality selection, I do think the original prices for some pieces are too much, but the sales etc are very good.

Click and collect miscommunication

The location of my order was not specified in the emails or texts that I received, I had to go back and forth between ark and JD sports in the Highcross, Leicester because neither store knew where my order was, but it was found at JD. On top of this, Ark had decided to close 15 minutes early, so I had to duck under the shutter of the store to talk to a member of staff who rudely told me 'that they are closed'. On a week day the highcross doesn't close until 8pm, and as a member of staff at a different retail store within the highcross, I wasn't pleased by the attitude I received from the female member of staff.

Great quality products!!!

Great service, although not all my products were in stock Ark were apologetic and refunded me straight away. Would defiantly shop with them again and have recomend Ark to friends.
