The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods... Toon meer

Terrible clothes and terrible service - avoid!

I ordered size 7 shoes and they delivered size 4. I asked for an exchange and was told they were unable to do this. So I re-ordered them and got a size 4 again! 1st time could be a mistake but 2nd is incompetency. The models on the website must be really short because the dresses I ordered came up on me like a t-shirt. They only have email customer service so you have to wait for a response and then they are unhelpful. I would avoid this company and certainly won't shop with them again.

Bad Fit

Did not fit properly at all. Very loose on legs especially above knee. Do not stay up at all. Extremely disappointed.

Item never arrived - very disappointed grandson and embarrassed grandmother

Not sure what happened - as on enquiring about the whereabouts of the item ordered (after almost a week) was informed that it was on its way back to the seller. No reason given. Couldn't be an issue of nobody at home to receive the item / parcel as someone home everyday leading up to Xmas as expecting delivery of lots of parcels. All delivered/recieved except the one from Ark. 🙁

Brilliant value!

I ordered 2 tops for my son's girlfriend for Christmas and we were all completely delighted with the items.
They are lovely quality, fantastic value and I'll definitely be using this site again to order more presents for her.

Bad customer service

I bought 2 items for my daughter in 2 different sizes for a Christmas gift. I Tried to return the 2 items in the wrong size on 27/12 . I got to the shop early and there was no one else waiting to be served at the tolls but they refused to do a refund as it is going to be too busy so we aren't do pining refunds until the 29th. I could have understood if the shop was busy but it was empty at the time I went in. Thanks ARK that's £7.20 I've just wasted on a train ticket .
