Amazing customer service and super upbeat and helpful staff. Went in thinking I’d broken the camera on my phone and the guy pointed out it was just the security stick on glass. Saved huge amounts and now holiday photo ready. 100% recommend!

Milli is fantastic!!!! Super patient, explained everything, quoted the time my repair would take accurately to within 3 minutes without me even asking! Talked me through new case options but wasn't pushy trying to sell me one (not easy to do), clearly had alot of work to do but never let that effect the service I got, Was even too sweet to ask for this review! 10/10 cannot recommend enough!

Neil at Armafone is a legend, my life phone had a battery change in the Ipswich iPhone repair shop and that absolutely screwed my wife’s phone up, Neil at Armefone assessed the the phone and had it up and running,
correcting the issues and had to replace the battery as the one installed was all bubbled and the screen was not correctly installed after the battery replacement, and also the screen had separated by the iPhone repair shop in Ipswich whilst trying to press the screen back in on top of a bubble newly installed battery, the screen never sat straight in the casing. Neil got my phone how is should be for a an awesome price!! Thanks Neil!! Armafone is the only place I would take my phone for repair, thanks again Neil and Aramafone

Brilliant service and quick! Charging port on my phone stopped working or was intermittent. The guys at Armaphone in ASDA Ipswich serviced and fixed it in an hour. Now charging perfectly!

I had booked an appointment for a camera lens replacement, only to discover—thanks to a helpful and friendly staff member—that it was just the lens cover that was cracked and a repair was not actually needed. They even cleaned my phone at no charge, and I was not billed for the appointment.

Took my phone into this place, was advised that it would be £750 to replace everything. And said they wouldn't be able to do it as it needed a new frame. I got a second opinion from another shop, which fixed it that day for £260 and works perfect..

My partner also took he's phone into this shop, because it wasn't charging properly, they told him something completely different to what it actually is.

I don't feel like this place has much experience and knowledge when it comes to phones.

Having left my phone in the sun yesterday and unable to unlock it I went to Armafone not feeling very hopeful that something could be done. I was served by Neil who was very very helpful and explained what he thought the problem could be. He then ran through my price options of a new screen which fortunately they had in stock. I left the phone at 2pm and by 4pm I was able to breath a sigh of relief and collect my phone. Absolutely wonderful service from Neil and I would highly recommend Armafone at Asda Whitehouse Ipswich
