From the initial conversation with Ryan discussing what I was looking for the service was excellent. It made buying a new car stress-free and an enjoyable experience. Every question I had was answered straight away and help was given through every step of my purchase. Ryan also checked that everything was OK and offered to answer any questions I had after a few days of having my car. There was no pressure at all throughout our experience and I would highly recommend Arrow Motor Company to family and friends.

Wow, from the initial first phone call showing interest in a advertised vehicle the attention to detail from this professional knowledgeable team was second to none.
This was the first experience of potentially purchasing a vehicle on the click and collect option due to COVID-19 lockdown and wow what can I say, the team guided me through the process making the experience feel as normal as possible. Every question and query was answered via email or phone call in a remarkable time frame.
The whole experience from start to finish and driving away was fist class leaving me feeling impressed and excited about my purchase.

I recently purchased a 17 Reg Ford Focus ST from the Arrow Motor Company, they have an excellent choice of high quality cars, I was really impressed with the customer service at Arrow Motor Company, they couldn't have made the experience of buying a car any easier. There was no hard sell, which as a woman I found very refreshing. They explained all financial options in an easy to understand way. They were also very flexible on arranging times for viewing and picking up car.

After having several bad experiences with other garages I stumbled upon Arrow Motor Company... Mainly through their exceptional reviews. After browsing the stock they appeared to have only high quality, low mileage cars, this was extremely appealing. My wife and I decided to proceed, this wasn't a small purchase for us and we wanted to ensure we had a long term reliable car for our new family.
We identified a car we thought would be suitable online and gave Ryan a call. He was extremely accommodating, giving us space to look around the car (ensure a child seat and push chair could fit) there was no car salesman pressure. Unfortunately, the first car we came to see didn't fit all our baby stuff! Ryan promptly recommended another car, again the same pressure free service, he let us look around the car take it out for a drive and even compare to another in the showroom pulling them out side by side. Giving us time to compare. We decided to go with one of them. Now we already thought Ryan's customer service was amazing, he took it even further. Arranging the part ex of my car completely hastle free, organised finance promptly and comprehensively took me through all the paperwork. Ensuring I understood everything I was signing (I have no clue when it comes to cars). Once all the paperwork was complete he took me around the car again to ensure I was 100% happy and understood all the tech in the car! (Miles ahead of my other car in terms of tech!).
Even after I had drove off the court he phoned me a couple of days later to ensure the car was running okay, that I was enjoying the drive and if there was anything more he could do. At this point there was nothing more he could do. He had already gone above and beyond for me.
I will, without a doubt, be returning to Ryan for my next car. I will also recommend anyone in the market for a car to browse his stock.

I've had a faultless experience after recently buying a car here. The customer service was brilliant throughout due to the fact that it feels genuine and honest throughout and seem to be willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy where other dealerships would not. You never know what experience you will get when buying a car but I could not recommend arrow motor company enough simply due to the customer service, fair prices and high quality cars and have full faith that they will continue to support me if I have any issues with the car which allows a piece of mind.

The cars are very well looked-after, and the customer service is excellent.

We had some issues during the process, but Ryan from Arrow did everything he could to keep things moving, and made sure I had something to drive in the interim.

I've never worked with a dealer who puts this much effort into keeping their cars in good condition, and making the client happy.

From my initial online enquiry to aftersales follow up I was dealt with professionally and promptly, the Suzuki Celerio car I purchased to replace an older version of the same car has performed faultlessly so no issues there. As with all car dealers, check the advertised details fully against the vehicle paperwork and service records as errors & omissions can creep in , test drive, and if your happy - buy. Would I buy from Arrow again - yes of course.

Recently bought a Volvo V40 from Arrow Motor Company, I am very please with my purchase. I saw the car online and made an appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived Ryan was very helpful showing me round the car even helping me with the built in SATNAV for the journey home. Really good service and still happy with my car a week later.
