extra fees at pick up

Ordered and paid fortnight ago, and the goods just arrived at the customs.... *updated* despite my worry parcel cleared the customs swiftly and was delivered 2 days after. Changed the rating to 5*. normally it would be 4 because of the delivery time, but the goods made up for it. Overall happy-ish.

I ordered the wrong size for my partner. The customer service of this company, namely Bailey- was exceptional.
I emailed & was responded to immediately.
I followed the instructions & was informed again by email when the shirt was received & asked if I would prefer a store credit or refund. I opted for the credit and this was actioned so quickly with an extra discount code which meant I didn’t need to pay for shipping on my next purchase. What is sometimes a stressful experience (because I’m not made of money) was made so much easier because of Baileys help.

Bought a hoodie for my partner's birthday and was impressed with the quality of the products, but what really surprised me was the quality of customer service. I had originally bought two products but was informed one wouldn't be ready in time due to an influx of orders. They were kind enough to offer me multiple options in receiving the items, and ensured the hoodie that was ready was delivered in time for his birthday. They were so quick to respond, and personally saw to making sure the issue was resolved.

Super grateful and will be buying again! Shout out to Bailley for all their help :)

Quick summary: Certain products are great, but it’s a very mixed bag. Support is difficult to consistently stay in contact with.

Bought a black Craven Cottage hoodie and a bishops park sweatshirt. The sweatshirt is great but the Hoodie has been constantly shedding black fibres all over my t shirts and it’s a nightmare to clean them, even after only an hour of wearing. Support has been fairly unhelpful, often taking over a day to reply to messages and repeating the same instructions that washing the hoodie should fix the issue, which it has not.
I’ll stress that i’ve bought a fabric shaver, multiple lint rollers, and given every chance for the hoodie to lessen in shedding, but it’s been almost a week of attempting to lessen it to no avail. It’s a shame because it’s genuinely really comfy and I love the design.

Order a quarter zip and they sent me the wrong team, when I eventually managed to get in touch with them following several calls to their number. They advised I should return the item, I sent the return 2 days later and they then advised that they'd sold out of my size in all my Team's merchandise.

They take 24+ hours to respond via email to complaints and don't answer the phone.

AOF is a fantastic company. Customer service is incredible. I love the design of the clothes they make. Would highly recommend to any football fan!

Great customer service, speedy delivery and lovely gift

Ordered myself the Newcastle jumper and my partner the Newcastle hoodie, the quality is far better than I expected. Items are extremely comfortable. Will be ordering again.
