I have used Artah before, the first time my order went through without issue. The second time however was a very different experience. I ordered the Chrono reset program along with the corresponding supplements. I received the supplements but not the program details…… and oh boy is there customer service bad! I have tried on many occasions to get a copy of the program without luck. The customer services even asked me to email april at artah.co (don’t know why they couldn’t cc in the correct email) but as you can see there is no correct ending to this email. I queried this but still no luck from customer services. There is a phone number listed but on the many times attempted it never goes through to anyone. Still no response so I asked for a refund and guess what still no luck!

Easy and quick delivery. I've ordered two lot's of supplements now and can really see the benefits of both! So much so I've started an on going subscription :)

I subscribe to the hydration salts, Metabolic fix and GI fix and deep bloat and all amazing products that do work! I started in the hydration salts and metabolic and have been on that for many months now. I would thoroughly recommend all their products. And service is great too.

I was not sure what to expect from this product but I am honestly very shocked that it has completely changed my appetite and craving for sugar and only after about 3 days of taking! I've been experiencing extreme hunger and a lack of feeling full for weeks and weeks and craving sweet things constantly after eating. This has made such a huge difference and I will continue to purchase :)

I'm not sure why Artah only has 3.5 stars. I ordered cellular hydration after first trying another brand of electrolyte which was expensive and undrinkable, I didn't read the ingredients first and the main one was salt. Artahs has plenty of Magnesium potassium and calcium. It is also lemon flavoured but not synthetic, it tastes of real lemon juice in water, sharp and cirtrus-bitter, delicious and refreshing. Where the salty electrolyte made me bloat, this immediately alleviated swelling in my fingers. I ordered during a free gift promotion and didn't receive the free gift. I emailed the customer service email and got a reply within a day saying they would post me the gift. Delivery of the product itself was super fast and with tracking. I can't find any faults at all and will continue to buy cellular hydration, its the only electrolyte I've ever bought that doesn't taste at all salty/Bicarbonate of soda-y.

I am currently doing the metabolic reset using enhanced symbiotic, there was a bit of a mix up shipping the product but once I contacted them it was fixed immediately. The program itself is fantastic the recipes are so good. I have yet to make one that isn’t amazing. Week 1 down 3lbs can’t wait to finish week 2!

Very good service and product. One of the lids was cracked on arrival and they sent a whole new bottle the next day. Product branding is beaut.

I’ve finally found a brand I love! I’ve been using Artah supplements for a year now, starting with Enhanced Fertility and now also using Enhanced Nootropics, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega 3 and Cellular Hydration. I am feeling really good with the mix I am taking and I really trust that they are high quality. The delivery is fast and I love that I can review a product to receive a discount from my next order which keeps me coming back.

Excellent product of high quality and fantastic customer service. I have tried quite a few of their supplements and any time I’ve had an issue it’s been dealt with friendliness and professionalism.

I cancelled my subscription in August but they charged me for another order this.
They said it was a mistake and that why would now cancel it sorry.. I had to fight to return the unwanted order for my refund!!
Outrageous would never buy for this company again.

This company is impossible to contact - emails keep bouncing back. I did a one off order in December . Apparently am now about receive another order which I do not want. Website not working either. From other reviews I see my experience is far from unique

Update - sure now accessible and no evidence of subscription

Service is very, very poor for a company marketing itself as premium.
My order in September arrived with an item missing. No note, no email, just missing.
I emailed and was told ‘oops it was out of stock and will ship 1st December’. I was not offered any compensation or meaningful apology.
It is now the 3rd December, the item has not shipped and I once again have had no communication from Artah.
You’re not the only premium health supplement brand and you’re certainly not the best. First and last order
