I received an email about a conversation I never had so zero points for customer service. I hadn’t downloaded the book because I didn’t realise it was digital so I’m really unhappy about a non refund. Be aware people of no faith in customer service. Im disabled and not tech minded would not have ordered a digital book. Had I had the conversation with them I would have said. Just another scam website on Facebook.

Grok AI recommended ARTAH as I asked for a premium clean supplement. I have ordered the Advanced Multi- Nutrient. I am new to supplements. ARTAH sent me a pouch initially but after 1 email which was responded to the same day, they are sending me the bottle I ordered. I have not started the supplements yet but I must say the customer service is VERY premium. I am going to give the supplements a fair go for a few months.

I had a question about delaying my subscription, I used the website form. I received a prompt reply, and the delivery was successfully rescheduled to the date I requested.

Really disappointed in the lack of clarity and information on there cod liver oil products. I emailed 4 days ago and had to chase as their contact response advised a 24 hour response which did not happen.

On top of this they told me it would be better if there nutritionist gave me a call to discuss my query. I don’t like a sales pitches when all I would like is simple information.

The info I wanted was the numbers for the omegas, the Totox number, peroxide and anisidine values. These levels should be readily available info so that you can determine if the product is low toxins and high quality.

The fact they couldn’t provide them sends alarm bells ringing to me.

Very poor service.

I was browsing and discovered ARTAH. Wow they’ve got some brilliant recipes for longevity. This has inspired me to do an overhaul of what I eat. I particularly liked the follow up from them. Definitely one to recommend. Thank you ARTAH

Wonderful product, it has transformed my start of the day, and is so energising and helps my focus.

. After trying another brand of gut health supplements , I was persuaded by a paid Instagram promotion by an favourite celeb to try this Metabolic Fix product. Unfortunately after taking Metabolic Fix regularly over a period of one month, I experienced no improvement in sugar cravings. I can’t comment on the effectiveness of other products in the Artah range, but this particular product has had no noticeable effect whatsoever. Rating reflects positive experience of quick delivery.

Not happy with the products, I didn’t see any benefits, the cellular hydration turned into a massive hard lump and I could not use, ended up throwing out, gave the products time to work as recommended, raised a complaint- not listened to just offered 20% discount code to buy more products! Not worth the money at all and I would not recommend.

Super responsive customer service to troubleshoot a shipping issue. Can't live without Cellular Hydration!

Easy to order website and great Customer Service.

I have suffered with slow digestions and bloating for years, resulting in also rosacea, poor nutrient absorption and tiredness. I found Artah in social media and found out about the amazing free nutrition service they offer. I started working with April in July and I cannot thank her enough. I am able to eat normally now, without the fear of being extremely bloated, or being in pain. My mood, sleep, regularity and energy have improved, my skin and hair are healthier. I look forward to continuing my journey with April and further improvements! Thanks April! x

I want to cancel my subscription i have no fixed address I shall not be paying....please address this situation for me...thankyou

This is specifically for Artah's digest and debloat tonic which is a miracle worker. I have IBS and with comes anxiety particularly when I'm away from home and indulging in something I normally avoid. I find it calms my digestion and I dont need to worry about bloating or gas. My only gripe is that I broke my current bottle the day before a trip and I wonder if the glass bottle could come with a cushion to protect it from accidental falls. Thanks Artah!

Good quality vitamins worth paying the extra money.

After reaching out with questions about the 10 day reset I received a speedy response and the offer of a consultation with a nutritionist, I’ve used the supplements previously and been very satisfied so looking forward to positive results after the reset.

I recently received a query with my order, I emailed Artah with my order details and to my surprise they responded very quickly and promptly with a very satisfactory reply and replacement. Fantastic service.
