This company is dreadful they keep overcharging me and getting the subscriptions wrong then not refunding overcharges. I would recommend not shopping with them

I purchase one item to try and then they took another payment following month which I did not authorise . Emailed and still waiting for a reply

I ordered the product as a trial but I’ve received a monthly supply?? I wanted to try it as a one off before I committed to an expensive monthly purchase. Very disappointed that I’ve received a continuous supply before I felt any benefits.

The best credit to the team is their customer service. It was just such a refreshing experience.
I couldn’t say I feel any particular difference after taking supplements.
My hormones I feel are probably more stable.
I enjoy the taste of the cellular hydration. It feels refreshing and doesn’t mess up my stomach.

I love this company, product is amazing and I keep coming back for more. Had an incident that my order got sent to the wrong person. But fantastic service from Artah and they went above and beyond. Would really recommend.

Very quick to respond to messages. Very satisfied with the service.

The ingredients include Citric Acid which gave me monumentous migraines for the three days I tried it. In spite of coming off this product, I have continued with migraines. It was not clear when I purchased this item that it contained Citric Acid. Pity...

Avoid - once you buy something you end up getting repeat orders sent as part of a subscription you didn’t sign up for. No answer to my numerous emails requesting cancellation & refund. Although I have now managed to cancel my subscription online I note it is still showing as next delivery due next month. Seems only solution is to dispute payment via bank and change card details so that no further unauthorised payments can be taken by this company. Very disappointed.

Really impressed that having asked a question about whether a supplement will react with a condition I have been offered a 15 minute consultation with a Pharmacist. How many companies do that! I'll update you after Friday.

I ordered a product and received a confirmation email. About two hours later, I received an email updating my order to two items, which I did not authorise.
I responded to the email to ask for someone to call me before they dispatched the items. I had not received any response.
I received another email confirming that the items are being dispatched. I responded to ask them to call me. I even wrote to the founder about this unauthorised transaction via LinkedIn, and had no response to date there. That says a lot about the this company.
Today, 29 September the items were delivered and I have not received a response.
All I asked is for someone to call to understand why and how my order was updated without my consent.

I advised I had a reaction and haven’t even bothered to contact me .
I feel others should be aware and to check all the products for contra indications.
As made me very unwell

Terrible customer service. Constantly send the wrong items and charge you extra. You then have to reject the delivery in order to get your money back. Shocking. No concern for the fact customers are out of pocket. AVOID unless you have more money than sense and don’t value your own time.

Loving their products and customer service help with a subscription mistake I made was super efficient!

Got my order promptly and the follow up service I had was fabulous everything sorted immediately

I have ordered supplements over the last year not only is the quality of a high standard and delivery efficient but the staff are incredibly helpful . I really could not fault them .
