I received excellent customer service from Esjay! I ordered a product which arrived damaged. My email was responded to promptly and a resolution provided extremely quickly. I can't fault the customer service and the product itself is one I've used before and that's great too!

I had a great customer service experience. I accidentally ordered a product to the wrong address and the CS team quickly fixed the problem with no issues and got a new product delivered to the correct address quickly. I was impressed with the care and efficiency given for this issue, especially since it was due to a mistake I made!

For the second time, I have had an email stating an order has been delivered when it hasn’t. The other part of my order hasn’t even dispatched on 14th June. Order was made on 29th May. Only communication has been initiated by me. This is not good customer service.

Responded quickly to an email query regarding a recipe. Love their products too.

Overall very good customer service. I had to prompt them to reply to a previous email but then they replied with an apology. I can't say I am that impressed with the Metabolic fix as yet, still getting those damn cravings, and I'm on week 5. I marked them down purely on product not on service

I have been a customer for some time now and it's always been great - both in terms of the products and the service. My last order arrived damaged (the safety seal was off), however they sent me a replacement very quickly. Absolutely brilliant customer service as usual.. very helpful and efficient.

Link provided to download the digital content but this doesn’t work. Link sent for another way to access but only has US measurements. The content I have paid for is totally unusable so I have completely wasted my money. Sent several emails but they never respond

I had a fantastic experience with the Metabolic Reset, the recipes are amazing and easy to follow!

Ordered one book through FB ad and couldn’t download it. Ordered a different one direct and no download link.
Customer service is an absolute joke. They NEVER respond .
So I’ve paid out all this money and have no books to show for it.
To say they are in the public eye this is not acceptable.
Would like to return the few supplements that I did get to go with the book, but can’t get in touch, as they do not reply!
My advise would be to give this company a wide berth and do not order from them.

I have not been sent the link; the program I paid for said it was a digital download but only an Order Confirmation was sent, no download link. I have tried to contact the company (twice) via their "Contact us" form, and publicly on instagram, and privately on instagram. They have made no reponse whatsoever. Please do not get scammed like me.

spent 30.00 on reset programme - unable to download say the link doesn't work and no one a round to assist at all

the chat bot is not live and says it will take 2 days to come back to you ?

After ordering my wife all her products! I had realised I got the order completely wrong. I contacted customer service and fixed it all for me before my wife cut my head off!
