Recibí el espejo en el tiempo establecido , vino muy bien embalado y protegido. Una vez puesto puedo decir que es precioso, la luz envolvente y el bluetooth se conecta perfecto al móvil y el sonido es potente. Muy contento con la compra, lo recomiendo 100%.

We bought a 1.8M x 0.9M mirror. The product was delivered within 2 weeks, and it looks great.

The packaging probably included the documentation for installation of the WIFI function and how to use the other functionalities, but this was lost (installers probably threw it away).

I've sent several emails requesting a new PDF document so that I can start using my mirror, and I've not received any response at all. Now I have a smart, multi-functional mirror that I can only use as a stupid mirror. Paid top dollar (€1000) for a piece of glass. Not a happy customer...

UPDATE: while my mirror is actually quite beautiful (high quality product), the light works and I assume the heating as well, the 'smart' weather station still does not. Artforma has attempted to get it working with manuals and guidance, but it only worked once and never again. They have now given me a 10% rebate, and that settles that. I'm alright with this.

Nous avons commandé 2 miroirs. très belle qualité, bien arrivés dans les délais indiqués, en bon état, aucune casse. Juste 1 miroir qui a un meilleur son que l'autre. Le fournisseur est différent.

Ho acquistato uno specchio ovale per un piccolo bagno, la confezione era perfetta, con un imballaggio molto resistente e anche il prodotto è ottimo e molto carino.
Vi consiglio vivamente l’acquisto!

Arrived when it was due, well packaged and on 1st inspection it looks good. Not put on the wall yet or checked lighting and bluetooth.

Lo cierto es que tanto la web como las opciones fueron todas estupendas. El espejo es realmente bueno, llegó sin problemas y con todos los manuales necesarios para el montaje.

Comentar que montarlo fue un poco más complicado de lo que al principio pensamos, pero al final todo quedó estupendo.

También decir que habría ayudado que las opciones para añadir al espejo estuvieran un poco mejor explicadas para tomar algunas decisiones que nos habrían venido bien saber de antemano.

A pesar de ello, ¡creo que es totalmente recomendable!

Empezo super bien al nivel de informacion : plazos de entrega, etapas de la fabricacion y entrega --> Muy bien.
Pero a falta de recibir el espejo, no fueron nada reactivos. Al final, parece ser que se perdio la mercancia. Me ofrecieron la opcion del reembolso pero necesito el espejo... y he pedido otro. Ahora, no tengo ninguna noticia y espero que al final harán un gesto comercial por estas semanas perdidas.
