Am acordat 4 stele pentru dimensiunea mult prea mica a saltelei antidezaburire. Este eficientă, dar la o dimensiune a oglinzii de 1.6m/80cm salteaua este poziționată în mijloc dar foarte mica de 40/40... Toon meer

The mirror was badly damaged
The mirror was badly damaged. The phone numbers don't work. Barely got a response by mail, but nothing conclusive. Bad experience overall, and still don't have a resolution to my problem, hope I don't need to get in touch with the competent authorities.
N.B.: To be fair and entirely transparent, a refund ha been issued and the matter closed on a positive note. Nevertheless, the communication with the producer was hard, they never responded to my second email and tr phone numbers on the site and on the parcel don't work.

Am comandat o dimensiune si am primit alta dimensiune.
Am comandat cu buton led , am primit fara buton.

Vă rugăm să ne cereți scuze sincere pentru acea situație neplăcută, dar după cum putem vedea, ați plasat această comandă cu comutatorul senzorului care este montat pe partea stângă pe oglindă.
Ai fi atât de amabil și ai verifica?

The tracking number provided is invalid.
Poor services. I wouldn't recomand

In primul rand
In primul rand, la acest pret oglinda ar trebui sa fie din sticla.
Tinand cont ca este o oglinda de baie, rama nu ar trebui sa fie o optiune, ci obligatorie, pentru ca intr-o baie exista multa umiditate.
Mi se pare absurd ca pentru alimentarea cu curent sa nu fie prevazuta o mufa saustecher. Este inaceptabil ca sa lasi pur si simplu doua fire la care utilizatorul sa se conecteze.
Afisajul cu datele meteo este lipit stramb, iesind din rectangulul destinat cu mai bine de 5 mm in partea stanga.
Foarte dezamagit de calitatea produsului. La aproape 600 de euro produsul trebuia sa fie premium si nu este.
Nu recomand altcuiva

I searched for a long time for some mirrors that would be practical but also modern and that's how I got to the Artforma website. I was delighted by the models offered, by the technology incorporated in them, so ...
I ordered two mirrors that arrived in the time specified in the order confirmation. It looks exactly as it is on the site. I haven't installed them yet, but I'm sure they will look fabulous.
