Le-am trimis una făcută special pentru modelul de oglindă comandat și ei trebuiau doar să o ștampileze și să ne-o trimită. nimic. Noi nu trecem de recepție fără astfel de documente

Două oglinzi scumpe, două experiențe dezamăgitoare
Sunt foarte dezamăgit de experiența mea cu Artforma.
Prima mea oglindă a avut deja probleme de calitate la momentul livrării. În zona afișajului (ceas/stație meteo), exista o pată vizibilă pe suprafața oglinzii, iar literele și cifrele iluminate păreau granulare în loc să fie clare și precise. Deși această problemă a fost rezolvată în cele din urmă, nu a contribuit la crearea unui sentiment de încredere.
Din păcate, a doua mea experiență a fost și mai rea. După ce renovarea casei noastre a fost finalizată, am despachetat oglinda de înlocuire, cu o valoare de achiziție de aproximativ 840 €, și am descoperit că sticla era complet spartă.
Înțeleg că am raportat deteriorarea în afara perioadei de garanție și apreciez faptul că serviciul de relații cu clienții a rămas politicos pe tot parcursul corespondenței noastre. Cu toate acestea, în loc să ofere o soluție rezonabilă de bunăvoință, Artforma a respins complet solicitarea mea și a oferit doar o reducere de 8% pentru o achiziție viitoare.
După două experiențe problematice cu oglinzi scumpe, nu mai am încredere să comand din nou de la Artforma, astfel încât o asemenea reducere nu are nicio valoare pentru mine.
Nu am solicitat o rambursare completă și nici o înlocuire gratuită. Am cerut doar o compensație parțială rezonabilă ca gest de bunăvoință, dar chiar și acest lucru a fost refuzat.
Pe baza experienței mele, nu pot recomanda Artforma pentru oglinzi scumpe realizate la comandă.

A decent looking mirror
The mirror's design is nice, but the functionality falls short of expectations. It doesn’t work as I had hoped, and getting support from Poland HQ has been frustrating - responses take several days.
Unfortunately, the support team in Romania also seems unfamiliar with how the mirror actually works, which makes resolving issues even more difficult.

Please allow us to clarify: on our website, we clearly state that the shipment of the mirror will be made within 1 business day of placing the order. This refers to the time it takes us to prepare and dispatch the item from our warehouse.
As our company is based in Poland, the delivery time—handled by the courier service—typically takes 4–5 business days, which is also stated on our website.
In your case, the order was placed on February 28th, and we shipped it on March 3rd, which was the next business day after the weekend. The delivery was completed on March 7th, which falls within the expected delivery window.

Oglinzi LED excelente!
Am achizitionat recent aceste oglinzi led si sunt extrem de multumita! Livrarea a fost rapida, produsul a fost foarte bine ambalat, iar calitatea este impecabila! Design modern, functionalitati smart care isi fac treaba perfect si o iluminare excelenta. Recomand cu incredere!

The mirror goes on the pricier side but looks amazing
The mirror goes on the pricier side, but it looks and feels fantastic. Attention to detail, packadging done right, the LED light is pretty uniform and intense (we chose the Philips LEDs), the buttons are neat, all feels great. Have in mind that, if the electrical cable from the wall is not somehow centered in regards to the mirror, iti might cause some problems when mounting, as the space available for for connecting the mirror is a square of aprox 20x20cm.

Good product
Good product, but all-in-all a bit expensive for what it offers. The inside temperature sensor is not working correctly, sometimes it shows 32 degrees Celsius when the bathroom thermostat only shows 25 degrees. Also, if you mount the mirror on the same wall with the access door to your bathroom, the side LED might blind you a little when entering the room. Other than that, all is ok, even the delivery was very fast and the package properly secured to protect the mirror.
