I had an order with 2 products, and Artforma decided to make the delivery with 2 couriers. One product was delivered without problems, and the second one did not arrive even after another week. Moreover, to my insistence, I received a reply that the delivery address is wrong and no one answers the phone number attached to the order. I consider the answer totally impertinent and lacking in logic. If the delivery address is the same for both products/the same contact phone number, how did one of the couriers deliver? An extremely logical thing even for a 5-6 year old child, but impossible to process for those who are employed to keep in touch with the client.

The logistic company delivered the box broken,with one corner visible strong damaged.They were in late,also.Bad logistic company.
But.....Artforma has an very smart system for packing,is amazing protected!!!
They have triple protection for the corner,with diferrent types of materials,with different hardness.
Good job done,Artforma packing is trustfull.

Produs bun, calitate ok. Recomand. Servicii transport ok, ambalare corespunzatoare. Sa speram ca va rezista si functiona in parametrii asteptati.

Oglinda foarte frumoasa ca in prezentare dar m am chinuit un pic la conectarea stației meteo dar pe ansamblu calitate foarte buna!

Foarte greu sa instalezi senzorul exterior.

I had originally posted a poor review after purchasing a google smart mirror from Artforma due to the poor instructions included for activating the integrated blutooth speakers and long response from email and phone request attempts, however I did eventually get follow-up responses including email instructions, which allowed me to activate the speakers, which I appreciate.

The mirror is very high quality and everything seems to function properly, so I'm very happy with the purchase. I would recommend the instructions be updated to help future customers, like myself, avoid frustration and improve the customer experience and reduce the need for unwanted emails to tech support for the company.

Diferență foarte mare între produsul prezentat și cel trimis defapt

Am configurat oglinda asa cum am dorit-o in 10 minute (statie meteo, boxe BT, degivrare si led-uri), am plasat comanda si achitat-o integral. Desi era programata sa ajunga pe 28 dec. si am primit mesaj ca va veni pe 23 dec., pe 19 dec. dimineata ne-a fost livrata de Fan Courier. Produsul functioneaza impecabil si suntem foarte incantati de ea. Recomandam cu mare caldura!

Oglingile sunt total customizabile, iar lucrarea este de calitate. Ambalajul este facut cu simt de raspundere. In Bucuresti a ajuns repede 5-6 zile. Recomand.

I've had a couple of questions which the staff answered fast and on point, though with a bit of difficulty seeing as they were using google translate - as a recommendation, try writing the mails directly in English.
