Am acordat 4 stele pentru dimensiunea mult prea mica a saltelei antidezaburire. Este eficientă, dar la o dimensiune a oglinzii de 1.6m/80cm salteaua este poziționată în mijloc dar foarte mica de 40/40... Toon meer
Am configurat oglinda asa cum am dorit-o in 10 minute (statie meteo, boxe BT, degivrare si led-uri), am plasat comanda si achitat-o integral. Desi era programata sa ajunga pe 28 dec. si am primit mesa... Toon meer

Vă mulțumim pentru timpul acordat pentru a ne împărtăși feedback-ul dvs. După verificare, putem stabili că ați dorit să returnați oglinda comandată, ceea ce nu este posibil din cauza politicii noastre. Furnizăm aceste informații de două ori la comandă pentru a ne asigura că le vedeți înainte de a plasa comanda.
De asemenea, nu ați menționat nicio problemă de calitate cu oglinda în raportul dvs., dar bineînțeles că dorim să verificăm acest lucru, așa că vă rugăm să ne contactați direct pentru clarificări.

worst customer experiece ever
They have refused to send me summary for my order. After I asked clarify the order with specifications of the mirror they have told me the images on site are conclusive enough. In the end I have received in LED mirror with no tour-off possibility, with very poor materials, thin and already curved mirror, hook connection placed wrong ( therefore it hangs not parallel to the wall and sideways ).
Furthermore they refused to acknowledge the European 14 days return policy ........worst experience ever

Nice mirror, arrived in time, nicely packed
The company is not in Romania, I called them by phone, they gave me the details, the package arrived ok and was nicely packed. I gave 4 stars because the mounting of the mirror is not the best, but it does it's job.

The mirror has a defect…
The mirror has a defect in the left corner that can be only noticed once you plug it in and turn the light on, it caught my attention because on the same corner it had a second layer of plastic wrapped around it (I got pics to prove this). Clearly someone knew about it when delivered it. I installed it today, was very careful with it and I am very disappointed. Each time I use the mirror up my eye goes to that defect. Also the sound system that comes installed is a from a very low quality. For the money that I paid and what was delivered, I am very disappointed.
