I sent my item off for a refund and I’ve been ignored despite emailing and calling multiple times and having proof of postage. It’s been over a month and still no refund. Calls keep being diverted!!! This company is dodgy

I bought a pair of shoes for my husband on 13 June 2023.As they didn't fit, he returned them via Royal Mail on 19 June. It is now the 20 July and I still have not received a refund. My husband has phoned every day for 10 days but the calls are diverted. It looks as though we will have to take them to the small claims court if they do not refund my card. Do not buy anything from this company unless you know it will fit. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

I placed an order on 27th April and unfortunately the shoes were unsuitable and I returned them on 8th May. They were delivered back to Arthur Knight on 9th as per the tracking information from Royal Mail. I have emailed 4 times and telephoned twice, but the number is being diverted somewhere else and no one answered. I just want my refund! This is the most appalling customer service.

A friend recommend me to try this store because they provide one type of shoes I look for, which, yes fortunately this site does provide those. Contacted them before making the order to make sure they have my size etc. delivery was prompt and no problem driver was nice. Ok my friend did not let me down with this recommendation.

I have used this company in the past and had no issue, however
recently bought shoes as a gift online with this company and returned them as they were unfortunately unsuitable. Its now 6 weeks later and not only have I not received a refund, they have ignored any attempts to contact them. I've now had to go through PayPal to try and reclaim my money. I will, unfortunately, never use this company again.

I needed a pair of new shoes very quick for an important job interview. This website offered very fast delivery so I chose it. I did ask before buying, whether i can receive my shoes by this date - and yes they answered yes and was quickly dipatched right after my order - and so I got the shoes and very fit for the meeting I needed to attend. Just to say thank you for this.

I recently had an issue with my shoe lace patterns not matching on my shoes.

But, their return process was neat. And they offered me a discount on current and next order. Overall, I appreciated the store's commitment to customer satisfaction and would recommend them to others.

I do not have a problem with this website because they seem to have nice shoes I mean photos and they delivery the same.

The customer service was very positive. OK I had to ring through twice (first time no answer) but on the second occasion a lady called Sharon picked up the phone and helped me choose the style and size I needed for an upcoming event. I highly recommend Arthur Knight to anyone in search of quality footwear that is both fashionable and comfortable.

I bought a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas which were too small, the larger size wasn't in stock so I tried to return them, That was 3 weeks ago and no contact at all from Arthur Knight. Terrible customer communication and obviously no intention of refunding the £120. Do not by from this company!

Boots ordered and delivered very quickly. Second time we have used this company and once again great service from a trustworthy company

Been trying to get in touch with arthurknightsshoes to ask how to return the shoes that don't fit. We have phoned them every day emailed them but it is impossible to speak to anyone.

I really enjoyed my experience within the online store, you don't normally come across a lot of these. Wish I had come across this store website earlier. If I had a question, the staff are very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, I would recommend this web store to anyone with who want to try different types of shoes. Some item prices may be high, but that is to be expected with such nice shoes.

Next occasion I would come and browse again to see if they have anything new in stock.

I bought a pair of trainers from Arthur Knight which were too wide for me. A smaller size would be too short in length. I emailed the company on the address given on the website and received no reply. I submitted an email via their contact form, again no reply. I have tried to contact them repeatedly by phone. The number is diverted and the line goes dead. I'll send the items back by recorded delivery and if no refund is forthcoming within 2 weeks. I will do a chargeback. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Its difficult to buy shoes online and some dont come as immedately comfortable, shoes can last for years so I usually want to buy good ones and keep them.

My last pair lasted for years and its hard for me to find a good replacement, the first pair I bought from this website were not the best, but then after I discussed my needs with their staff, they are helpful by the way. So I returned the first pair and then bought a new pair and paid the difference in price.

Then second pair is right. Very right. The staff must be professional shoe people and knows what I need and then adapted my enquiry from the first pair to the second pair.

To anyone who does not know what they are looking for, I think its a good idea to talk to their customer service, they can give you some pretty good suggestions.

There are many shoe websites online but I seem to like this one. Other shoe websites have lots of shoes but the pictures look dull... If I look at dull pictures its hard for me to choose and I end up spending a lot of time and not able to find one... This site is different most pictures are very really clear and nice looking so I can quickly find what I need for.

Ordered some Barbour wellies only a couple of days ago. They arrived this morning along with a complimentary umbrella as an apology for the damaged box!! (much appreciated thank you!!)

I was slightly concerned re some of the negative reviews, but I need not have been. Shoes arrived in a timely fashion. I had to return them as they weren't quite what I was looking for style-wise, but they were certainly of excellent construction. Refund was also prompt. Wouldn't hesitate to order from AK in the future.

I ordered a pair of Barbour boat shoes I've been after for a while from Arthur Knight shoes (which were very attractively priced) - very, very happy with the service I received.

The shoes arrived within two days, and were very well packaged. I was kept informed by Taro about the progress of my order which I really appreciated.

The next time I need a pair of nice shoes, my first port of call will be Arthur Knight - I would highly recommend!
