Recently bought a pair of Barbour wellingtons from Arthur Knight. Cheapest than anywhere else. Quick dispatch and postage. Arrived well packaged and in an official Barbour box. Product is of excellent quality and they fit perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a pair of Barbour wellingtons boots which unfortunately proved faulty. Returned boots as requested at a cost of around £10. Communication from then on has been dreadful. Offered a replacement pair in a different colour which I accepted but cannot get confirmation these have been dispatched and no word on how to recover postage costs.The person dealing with this is Taro.Will never use this company again.Looks like I will have to raise an action through PayPal as that is how original boots were purchased.

Ordered Barbour Wellies on the Sunday and they arrived, double boxed, on the Wednesday. Royal Mail delivery and no delivery charge. Wellies look absolutely fine. Can't fault this company.

I ordered some Barbour Redhead Chukka boots for my husband for Christmas at a great price.

He loved them, but sadly, after just wearing them on 3 occasions, a triangular flap of leather came away on the toe. An odd and unfortunate flaw on these boots, which inevitably made me think they were seconds.

So, after these initial misgivings which were exacerbated when I was unable to get through to customer service, on top of reading less than favourable reviews, I must say that the service I have now received has been nothing short of excellent.

Having been given an address to return the boots to, without quibble, I have just received a replacement pair!

Buy from Arthur Knight people! Even if the problem is nothing to do with them, they will go above and beyond in their customer care.

No confirmation email, poor communication, never received my boots..just awful and very stressful to deal with!

Needed a last minute gift for Christmas and ordered some boots from Arthur Knight. Came within 2 days and are perfect. Thank you!

The boots looked lovely when they arrived, however that was about as good as can be said.

These are clearly made to a budget and simple details such as the pull tabs at the back being too small to grab were an initial concern.

The first time I wore them in the wet my feet actually got wet - not from the top down but the bottom up.

Somehow the method of manufacture appears to suck water into the sole of the shoe when walking - even in light rain.

And after the rain, the boots squeak with every step until the soles are finally dry.

I tried to contact customer service multiple occasions via phone and email and eventually got a reply pretty much saying lump it.

They didn’t even acknowledge this may have been a one-off defect - which would lead me to think this is just the way they are made.

Spend a bit more money, or spend your money on a different brand. You will likely regret buying from Arthur Knight.

I bought two pairs from this website for xmas. It was good and I liked them. I like shoes webistes that they look nice on screen and what delivered were actually the same. And this is one of them.

I have used some other sites - they look really nice on the website but the actual shoes delivered dont look nearly as nice.

So for this point. Kodos to this site.

I’ve had many shoes from Arthur Knight over the years. Various brands and the shoes are always perfect. Discription of shoes is always on point and size guide is perfect. They are my go to when I look to buy new shoes for any occasion.

I’ve ordered shoes from Arthur Knights more than 10 times over the past 8 years, and they are truly the best shoes we’ve ever owned.

My husband is extremely picky when it comes to footwear, quality is non-negotiable for him. Arthur Knights consistently meets (and exceeds) those expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the materials feel premium, and the shoes hold up beautifully over time.

Shipping is fast, the quality is exceptional, and the customer service is top-tier. If you ever need to return or exchange something, the process is unbelievably simple and quick, no stress at all.

I first came across Arthur Knights through an ad many years ago, and for the past 8 years we haven’t had to worry about finding high-quality, premium shoes ever again.

P.S. Don’t buy Arthur Knights shoes if you don’t want to constantly receive compliments and be asked where your shoes are from.

Boots Rubbish but i would rather keep them than go through the process of previous people who have dealt with this company. Waiting and sometimes never getting their Money back.
Don't deal with these Con Men.

Used to like Arthur Knight but recently I have purchased shoes which have a description and photo which do not match the delivered item - what looks decent quality online arrives looking cheap and nasty. Sorry AK Shoes but you are being unsubscribed and I won't be coming back and recommend others seek an alternative supplier.

I ordered some Barbour wellies for my mother's birthday and they arrived within 36 hours which was fantastic.

They came by Royal Mail and the quality was as expected from a premium brand.

I have been waiting for my shoes for two months now. &150 shoes plus shipping costs. It is absolutely ridiculous. I contacted the office and it took 3 weeks to reply back and they said they would send the shoes and apologized profusely. I am still without my product so I am forced to try and have my bank refund my money. Terrible company. Do not buy anything from this company. They scam you

Terrible company for issuing refunds and answering e-mails. After returning a pair of trainers its basically impossible to get a refund as they wont reply to e-mails or answer phone calls even though these trainers were sent recorded and signed for by Lesley of which i have a photo from the post office. Wouldnt deal with this company again.

Excellent customer service - slippers returned as they were too small - next size were not available in the same colour - great email communication received from AK who offered alternative colour - these were received the next day. Very happy with my purchase and after sales care.
