Nice shoes! Looks posh but not that expensive!

I use this site maybe two to three times a year. Pretty good. I mean, sometimes I ordered something which is not the perfect size I wanted, but the customer service quickly sort it out for me. I feel treated quite well as a customer.

Lovely pair of shoes. Can't fault the customer service, and I'm a very picky guy. Will order again in the future.

I bought shoes in mid November, they arrived all right. I returned them, signed-for delivery before the end of November and haven’t heard since, after seven weeks I have sent two emails in January with no reply. Looks like I might have lost almost £100, will try to complain through PayPal. Awful hassle though :-/

Searched the entire internet for a specific pair of boots that only arthur knight seemed to have. So pleased I found them and the service received was amazing. Emailed prior to ordering to confirm they had my size and they responded quickly. Overall very pleased!

Very professional service. Discussed with the customer service team who were knowledgeable and friendly. Shoes were fantastic and looked better then I expected.

Delivery was swift and hassle free. All in all faultless service and I will definitely be ordering again.

I would of given it 0 stars if I could. Shoes were delivered and left outside my front door fully visible to anyone with sticky fingers by an incompetent delivery driver. Shoes were stolen. 3 months later after being ignored on the phone and email by Taro in “customer care”. I’m being told no refund. Really bad customer care. Shockingly rude unresponsive ,unreasonable. Crap attitude

Whenever I have requests, this website/company would respond to me. Sometimes I have bought wrong sizes or colours, or not sure which type fits my needs and occasions, they would give me advice. Overall I have had quite good experience with this provider.

Bought some pairs of shoes from this site before, happy with the purchase overall. The pictures look stuning and the shoes that arrive look similar to the pictures. Its a good place for mid-high end shoes.

The website for this store has some glitch and my purchased was completed without my authorisation. After receiving the parcel I asked for a free return, explaining what was the problem, they said that I have to pay for returning myself. Such a bad customer service and experience.

They get five stars for refunding my money and the shipping costs I had to pay for sending them back. In that regard, I have to say that was fair and the representative responded to my emails in a timely manner.

At this difficult time, buying and shopping is not easy and I have come across a lot of difficulties with shopping and other sites. But due to the lockdown easing, I needed some new pairs of shoes to go out...

I was surprised by the variety and quality of shoes displayed on this website, the presentation is also good. I quickly found what I wanted, ordered, and quality product arrived with no problem.

On some other websites, I found it quite difficult to have a close look to the shoes. You know when you buy shoes you want to have a really close good. This website gave good angles and good lighting so that I can appreciate the shoes much better compared to many other sites. I think this is one of the main reason I went for this site. As it turn out, the arrived products look the same as on screen! So I am happy with purchase and online shopping experience.

Satisfactory shopping experience. I asked different questions and they were all answered in timely and professional manner. Would recommend this shop because your enquiries would not get ignored. Product itself, packaging, delivery are also easy and no problem.

This is the second time that I have problems with a refund in this shop, unfortunately this will also be the last time that I buy something from here,
I am waiting for a refund now over 10 days .

Just received my first order from Arthur Knight... Barbour International Ankle Wellies size 4.... My only gripe is maybe I shud have ordered size smaller but maybe because I should wear wellie socks to compensate use of unusual extra space...
All in all very speedy delivery, excellent stylish boot., having previously worked for Barbour, I know the signs of good workmanship...

There worth a look. The service is great. Next day delivery by DHL. They do sell on ebay but the deals and discount codes are only available on there own web site. The range is better too.
They seem to have fix all the problems they had earlier in the year with delivery and communication. It's nice to see a company taking notice and action after online reviews.

Started buying from this site many years ago, the site has been always there and always reliable, I would say its a quality service.

I’m normally not one to leave a review, but given the level of customer service I received from this company, I feel obliged to share my experience! I have difficult feet and always had trouble finding comfortable shoes... rang a lady called Sharon on their helpline and she advised me to take a pair of Mephisto sandals, even though the pair I originally selected was twice the price! Lovely to see somebody caring more about their customers than profits. Anyway the shoes came as described the following day and I can’t wait to wear them on holiday next month! Thank you :)

I ordered some boots over a week ago ,as it stated last pair .As I needed them for 1/11/2019 (a week later ) I purchased them immediately as not to miss out.I received an email confirming the order but that's it!
I have tried calling and emailing but have had no response (phone just rings out).
If they didn't have the boots they should not have taken my money really angry and disappionted .I am starting to question the good reviews written they probably wrote them themselves.
