Just back from another great holiday arranged for us by Joanne . This time to Crete , Greece . Joanne always seems to find us the right hotels and is always patient with us getting to the right decision . A lovely friendly company to book holidays with . Highly recommend

We have just arrived home from a fantastic holiday in Toronto booked for us by the amazing team at Artisan Escapes. I gave them a brief of what we wanted in regards to the hotel and position and they found us The Westin Harbor Castle right on Lake Ontario. It was perectly placed for what we needed. The staff go above and beyond to provide a fabulous service, checking in with us just before we left to make sure everything was right. Thank you Ann and team for another amazing holiday!

I’ve used Artisan Travel for years and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their prices are always spot on, and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.

What really sets them apart is the personal service — they ring a few days before you travel to make sure you haven’t missed anything and to see if there’s anything else they can help with. They also contact you when you get home, which shows how much they care about their customers.

We had our holiday canceleld due to the war 10 days before we were due to leave. Joanne and Ann came to the rescue, advised on options, searched for alternatives at short notice and organized everything for the holiday, provided advice on what paperwork was required to visit the country. They organised our upgrade, airport lounge etc nothing was too much trouble. They exceeded our expecting by providing a personal touch with excellent service

Amazing customer service to book what for us was a holiday of a lifetime- we were given lots of advice and ideas and incorporated a trip to Hong Kong Australia and then Thailand - all flights transfers and hotels arranged we didn’t have to worry about a thing! The staff at Artisan are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble, what ever you ask for, if it can be done they will do it. We have booked several holidays with Artisan Escapes at Whalley, including 5 star luxury hotels, a family holiday with the grandchildren. We explained our needs and they were met every time. Just returned from 5 days in Rome to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and we had a fantastic time. Received updates about changes to flight times and a courtesy call before travelling to check all in order. The hotel was perfect for our needs, very central and within budget.
