Everything was organised really well and the advice regarding WiFi and drinks package was invaluable. The call a couple of weeks before departure was welcome.

My wife and I have used Artisan Escapes on many occasions, predominately for cruises. They are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely well informed in terms of the travel market. We would recommend their services without reservation.

Ann and her colleagues were absolutely wonderful in helping us plan our Panamanian cruise. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond organising any transfers, accommodation and paperwork required. Would highly recommend.

We usually book our own trips & itineraries but were looking for something special that would be organised for us. Jo was incredibly helpful suggesting various options before coming up with the perfect combination of a small group tour in Sri Lanka followed by relaxation in The Maldives. Cannot recommend Artisan Escapes enough. Absolutely blown away with the service we received from Ann and her team. She booked our wedding in Cyprus, dealt with the wedding coordinator overseas on our behalf to ensure we had our dream day and holiday.
