Yet another fabulous trip!
Yet another fabulous trip organised by Ann and the team. This time was Reykjavík, Iceland and it was amazing! The Storm Hotel was inviting and clean with a lovely continental breakfast (with really great pastries) served until 10am, located 2mins from the Harbour and 15minutes walk from the centre.
The excursions and transfers were all sorted and with everything taken care of the trip was the most relaxing short break we've had.

Knowledgeable team with very personal approach.
Just come back from a cruise in New Zealand and Australian arranged by Artisan. One might be able to book the same cruise directly online, but Artisan managed to obtain equally competitive price and tailored to our needs with preferable flight time (it is important as there were a series of very long flights) and airlines. Hotels arranged pre and post cruise were spot on - practical without costing a fortune in great locations. We have already booked our next holiday with Artisan.

We went to the Xmas market at Liverpool…
We went to the Xmas market at Liverpool on Saturday 14 /12 / 24. Our coach was number 3 and Zoe + Anna looked after us, on our way there we had warmed mulled wine + prosecco, played bingo for chocolate treats, seat numbers for prizes + pass the parcel for a holiday voucher, in no time at all Liverpool was here. Markets small but OK. Bars, Music, Xmas decorations fantastic, very busy but great afternoon. Driver Nick on time + good. Great day Thanks Artisan Escapes. Dave + Pauline

Santa's Lapland holiday
This was our third holiday through Artisan Escapes. Jo is brilliant and so helpful throughout from initial enquiry until departure. We had an amazing time in Lapland and the attention to detail on the run up to the trip was great, we even got a visit from an elf the night before to announce the trip to my son! It was so magical! Thank you to Jo and everyone for making it so effortless for us!

Holiday review
We have been on another holiday that has been booked through Artisan Escapes and we have had the most amazing time. The company listen to us and try and meet all our needs. They searched the holidays to find us the top 5 and then we was able to choose the one that we wanted. I always book through Artisan as we have never had any issues. They send emails and attach all the documents and even ring a couple of days before to see if they can help with anything. Thank you Ann at Artisan for another wonderful holiday. 100% trustworthy and reliable.

We have just returned from a family holiday to Tenerife family…
We have just returned from a family holiday to Tenerife. Anne and staff recommended a hotel and resort that suited all of the group of 11.They sorted out seating on the plane and boarding passes etc. Great service would recommend Artisan to anyone.

Amazing team
I have recently returned from my 4th trip booked with Artisan Escapes. Cant wait for my 5th.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ann, Joanne and Tricia. They really are the dream team and just what you need to take the hassle out of booking etc.
Professional, knowledgeable and efficient and all go the extra mile to assist even down to printing my boarding passes.
We hit a problem at Manchester airport when there was an outage and one of the first texts I got was from Ann just checking we were alright. To me that says it all for a personal service from a travel company that care.
Give them a try you wont be disappointed.
