Artisan Escapes  Reviews

Thank you Ann and team at Artisan Escapes for another flawless holiday! Will be in touch soon to book the next one!

Ann and the team at Artisan Escapes did a fantastic job of arranging our short break to Corfu at Dreams Hotel Resort. They were always on hand to answer questions to ensure our trip went without a hitch. We really didn't have to worry about sorting anything. All we had to do was enjoy it..... and we did!!! Thank you to the whole team at Artisan Escapes.

What a company Artisan Escapes is! They made the experience of going on holiday an absolute pleasure. All the staff were so efficient. Communication with myself as lead booker for our group was excellent from start to finish! Everything went as planned and they couldn’t have done any more to assist us. I would highly recommend their service. Trust me you won’t regret it!

Joanne at Artisan Organised me a trip including cruise up the Californian Coast into Canada then a road trip down the coast to Santa Monica then over to Las Vegas. There were many stops in hotels to get right.
Everything went exactly to the plans I wanted, I ticked off many bucket list boxes and few I didn't know I wanted. Everything went flawlessly. thanks to the team.

We recently returned from another holiday arranged for us by Ann and team at Artisan escapes , This was the 6th one we have booked through them . We travelled to Thailand and then Singapore,
As always everything went like clockwork and the holiday definitely lived up to all expectations and more .
We can definitely recommend this agents and won’t hesitate to use again for our future travels.
Thankyou Artisan Team xx

Anne and her team arranged our bucket list cruise from Bali Indonesia to Yokohama Japan. They managed to tailor the cruise with flights variations, extra stops in Tokyo and China. They are our go to agent for future holidays.

Gran Canaria
We received excellent service from Artisan from booking the trip to receiving documents and acting on special request. Would certainly use them again and have recommended them to family who have since used their services
Thank you
Anthony & Patricia

Artisan organised a trip to remember to Iceland. It needed to be tailored due to my mother in law having restricted walking ability. Hotel was spot on and every trip was amazing. Artisan couldn’t do enough for me given the recent disruption due to volcanic eruptions

We have booked 3 holidays so far with Artisan and would highly recommend them. Their advice and customer service is exceptional. Cannot wait to book our next holiday.

We have been booking holidays with Artisan Escapes for four years.
I would thoroughly recommend them. Always have top class service from booking through to departure and even have received help when on holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. From booking a short break to a long haul holiday.

Booked a Caribbean Cruise at Artisan Escapes for January. Excellent service from start to finish from Joanne. She was very patient with me and gave me a variety of itineraries to look at. Always at the end of the phone for advice.
Would definitely recommend and use Artisan Escapes again:)

Absolutely fabulous company, very professional and friendly.. Their service fron start to finish was outstanding and I have already booked another holiday with them... Thank you for making our honeymoon very specially..

This was our first booking with Artisan and it was perfect! From start to finish the team were brilliant - they made sure we had the most magical, once in a lifetime experience in Lapland! There were lots of extra touches that were examples of great customer service but arranging for the elf visit to our house to tell our 7-year old where he was going the week after was amazing! The personal touch really does make a difference from the faceless booking online.... and it was better value! Couldn't recommend enough!

Once again Ann and her team at Artisan Escapes planned and delivered a fantasy holiday for us in New York. Thanks again Jeanette & Jeff

Wow , theses guys are just amazing ! Fantastic recommendations!
Fantastic service !
Would book with anyone else

Great service and communication from the team at Artisan travel, from the moment I made the enquiry through to a call a few days before the holiday.
Offered a number of options to choose and add on such as transfers.

We recently went on a last minute trip to Lapland and Artisan Escapes were nothing short of fantastic. Great communication and incredible value. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. We’ll definitely use Artisan Escapes again in future.

Excellent service from star to finish from Joanne at Artisan Escapes.
We booked a last minute trip to Lapland and I was kept informed all the way through, nothing was too much trouble.
Thanks so much and we will definitely use you again.

What a wonderful team, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough- oh, I do!

What a great holiday and a big thank you to Artisan Escapes and Megan their travel adviser. Nothing was any trouble and they planned the perfect holiday for us on Gran Canaria in the beautiful Puerto Mogan at the Raddison Blu. Full itinerary, transfers and more. Updated us and provided timely reminders before, during and even a welcome home. Not the first time we've used Artisan Escapes and certainly won't be the last. This is what service should be and delivered by a team that genuinely care about you and giving you the very best holiday and travel experience.
