Outstanding customer service
Really lovely selection of tiles, great customer service & communication - I was updated regarding delivery date/time. Jed, who delivered my order called ahead of time to let me know he would be arriving with my tiles. He was so lovely, very professional and went above and beyond to help me with the delivery.

Hi Dee,

We ordered some beautiful tiles
We ordered some beautiful tiles, but we were one tile short of a 60x60 for our floor - when we went to order more we were gutted to see they were out of stock. Stacey from the customer care team was really helpful on the phone and after some digging around she called us back to say she found us one more box! She told us to jump on the site before putting them live due to the 'notify when back in stock' requests they had pending. We manage to buy them and us and our tiler are super happy.

Mixed feelings
Tiles are good - but delivery device is very very poor - 2nd order in about 15 months - each time, mysteriously the same problem, same scenario.. get a phone call the day before delivery, with the van breaking down or having problems on the M1.. delivery ends up being 3 plus days late.. this same excuse on each of my orders.. poor and disappointing, but most of all insulting as been given the same excuse twice now

Hi Gavin,
We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the tiles.
We’d just like to clarify what happened with your order. It was scheduled for delivery on Friday 31st October, but unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery vehicle that morning. Our team contacted you straight away at 8:18am to explain the situation and offer to rearrange delivery for the following day.
During the call, you asked for the location of the delivery vehicle so you could collect the tiles yourself, but our customer service team explained this wasn’t possible, as drivers aren’t insured to unload goods at the roadside. Unhappy with this, you also requested to speak to a manager and asked for a refund of the delivery charge — which we were more than happy to process, as we understand the delay was outside of your control. We appreciate this was a frustrating situation, but our customer service team were doing their best to assist.
We then offered a Saturday delivery; however, you were only available before 9am. As we couldn’t guarantee that specific time slot, the delivery was booked for Monday instead. So while the order did arrive three days after the original delivery date, we made every effort to arrange delivery the very next day at the earliest possible opportunity.
A full refund for the delivery charge was issued immediately. Refunds are processed on our side the same day, though it can take a few days for banks to complete the transaction.
It’s unfortunate that you’ve experienced this type of issue twice, and while vehicle problems are rare, they can occasionally happen. We always do our best to minimise any inconvenience and keep customers informed throughout.
Many thanks,
Artisan Tile Company
Beautiful tiles
Beautiful selection of tiles available from Artisan.
I purchased tiles from the Maison Victorian collection which look absolutely stunning. The tiles have transformed the entrance to my home.
I had been looking for Victorian style tiles with other companies, but had not found any as lovely & as competitively priced as these.
I cannot fault Artisan Tile Company- the ordering process was seamless & delivery was made as scheduled on time.
Many Thanks 😊

Highly recommended company
Having spent a considerable amount of time choosing floor tiles and which company to give my business, I was keen to ensure that the quality and cost was matched by the customer service. Fortunately, I made a good choice.
Delivery was prompt, with the tiles arriving safely due to their wonderful courier, Jed. This man is an absolute gent, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much.
The tiles are divine, they have transformed the bathroom into a much more modern, aesthetically pleasing space. Again, thank you so much.
No hesitation in recommending the Artisan Tile Company.

Lovely tiles, although packaged fantastically the delivery company had clearly thrown the box about so when opened 7 tiles were unusable. I messaged straight away and received a reply within the same day and swiftly received the replacement 7 that had broken in transit. Fabulous service beautiful tiles great price 5* from me.
