Beautiful tiles!
My Moroccan tiles arrived two days early (which was great as it was an urgent job) and are absolutely beautiful. They look great and I'm very happy.

Absolutely first class!
My order with Artisan was absolutely first class.
Before ordering, I contacted customer services about a pattern matching query.
This was answered straight away by the helpful lady who got the answer I was after.
Ordering was a breeze and the delivery was very quick.
The courier was careful delivering the item and left them exactly where I’d asked.
The tiles themselves were superb quality and there were no issues. No cracked tiles or chipped edges.
All in all, a perfect experience.
I’d recommend Artisan tiles to anyone!

I ordered Xmas day and my parcel…
I ordered Xmas day and my parcel arrived New Year’s Eve exactly as notified and expected, well packed on a pallet. Driver was helpful and move the pallet right up the drive as close as he could to the back door. Tiles are good quality, exactly as shown in the images. The only downside was the glue separating each tile for transport had to be hand removed from every tile.

Our order was not due until the 6 of January, however we had a call and took early delivery on Hogmanay.
Tiles perfectly strapped to a solid pallet and all arrived safely.
So happy we got to work immediately and I’m just so happy with both designs.
We have yet to chose the colour of the grout, but already our kitchen has been transformed by these beautiful tiles.

Unworkable Tiles
Unfortunately we have experienced problems with our tiles. Despite the tilers best efforts they were continually cracking when cut. We were unable to complete the job and had to change the design of the bathroom. When I called to discuss I was told no one else had called to report a problem. Not particularly helpful for our project which has been very expensive and sadly not gone to plan.

Hi Marie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear your project didn’t go to plan and understand how frustrating that must have been.
When you called, our customer service team checked the batch your tiles came from and explained that we hadn’t received any similar reports from other customers who had tiles from the same batch. All tiles within a batch are manufactured at the same time, so if there were a fault, we would typically expect to see multiple reports. In this case, other orders from the same batch have been installed without issue.
Cracking during cutting can sometimes be linked to factors such as the cutting method or the condition of the blade being used, rather than an inherent issue with the tiles themselves. That said, during your call we advised that if you completed a damages form via the Contact Us page on our website, the details could be reviewed by our technical or sales team, who have more in-depth knowledge of installation and could look into the issue further.
We don’t appear to have received any further information or a completed form since then. If you’d still like us to investigate this in more detail, please do get back in touch via the Contact Us page and select the relevant option, and the team will be happy to review it with you. We always aim to support our customers as best we can.
Many thanks,
Artisan Tile Company

Lots of choice
Lots of choice, good value for money and great quality tiles. I didn’t order enough floor tiles due to the chequerboard pattern we chose and was able to collect them the next day. The showroom also looked great, so will definitely use them again in the future.
