Right up there with the best prop forms in what they’re trying to achieve and the level of support they give traders. Everything is done quickly and efficiently and will only get better as far as I can tell with upcoming improvements. Payout was nice and quick as well and look forward to continuing working with them.

Have been with Ascendx for 3 months, whenever there is a minor issue, either they fix it in minutes or compensate which really shows that these guys are serious about doing this. I have received my payout without any issues. Had an issue recently with the platform, thanks to "storm" it was fixed in minutes. Hope this guys onboard new tech and MT5 sooner.

I had a few questions at this morning so i opened up a ticket. In a minute i got Rick and he dealed with me.
I got answers and soulitons for all my questions in a minute.
Thats what im talking about when you dealing with the costumers .

I stay this prop firm for 3 months all can i say is SCAM in terms of payout method.

when buying a challenge it was very easy and simple to purchase and for them to take my money but when it comes to passing the challenge and getting your payout they will not pay you. They don’t pay and they won’t pay they will just ignore and run away.

any problems ive had support has resolved quickly through their discord with the help of Fury, rules are simple getting funded and signing contracts is straight forward. easily best prop challenge for the money.

AscendXCapital is a rough diamond, but a diamond nonetheless. While I do wish they would better communicate their payout in their portal, their support is very responsive and their targets are among the best in the industry! Some of the lowest targets for reaching funded! They also are always modernizing their technology and trading platforms as well as very affordable accounts with frequent discounts. If you are on edge about joining, I suggest you do before these discounts end.

I got my two payouts from ascendx. I will not say that this firm is best but they are rising slowly. Also, their support is too good which helps you always. They helped me well with my payout. Their are some issues with payout date and payout process but I think once they launch their own broker many issues will automatically solve. Alex is active with community which increases the trust. Next few months are going to be interesting for Ascendx. They will rise more for sure.

Have traded with AscendX since they first launched. One of the most honest and trustworthy CEOs of any prop firm I’ve ever met. Accounts are issued fast and you will be paid no matter the amount as long as you follow the rules. Alex (Founder of AscendX) is so friendly to me I could even say he’s more like a supportive mentor rather than some ceo who just wants you to fail your accounts. They always compensate traders whenever they face small hiccups which is also something no firm has done. Along with the 50% discount I can’t see any reason why I would go to any other firm. To anyone doubting AscendX, you shouldn’t. Most people giving bad reviews are the ones who simply did not follow the rules and hence got their payout denied or account breached.
