The online product description helped me to understand what I was purchasing up front. I knew the cost was not going to change once I made the purchase. It takes confidence in a company to get me to make a purchase and I did make the purchase. The Wider Saddle Seat looked similar to what I already own but as I installed the saddle I could see the difference in the workmanship quality, fit and was happy. But when I started to ride my bike I was extremely happy with the solid feel but the comfort was a night and day difference to the good.

Buyer Beware! This company is NOT legit!

Do a little research and you will learn that they stole the name “Ascent” from a reputable bike company called “Ascent Bikes” (NOT “Bicycles). They promise a “no questions asked” return policy, which is an outright lie, and frankly is part of their scheme. Same with their “no risk return” policy, which is BS as they will try to make you pay for return shipping, which is more than the cost of most products. Their strategy is to sell very low quality products (just read about their bike saddles/seats as an example - the glowing posts are internally produced) promising not only quality products but at absolutely no risk! Then when you try to return they offer price reductions to entice you to drop the return request. A TOTAL SCAM!

Amazing customer service! Saddle is well made and comfortable. I purchased it for a 360 mile ride that I will be doing next month and I am confident it will make the ride SO much better.

Shipping could be better.

The saddle is very comfy to use but I've only used it about 8 times.

I was sent the wrong seat for me. I did not unpack the seat and could see it was too wide for my thin body and weight. I nicely asked to exchange it for the Sport Seat.
Told me I could have a 15% discount on another seat and should return the seat to Sweden. The satisfaction guarantee means nothing. Scam this Senior? Ban this company from selling. I am angry to be treated like this.
All I want is a direct exchange and they must pay for shipping back the seat.

It is more comfy than the original saddle. For the price it’s worth it.

As a guy who has been cycling seriously since 1980, I was able to ride about any saddle without problems- whatever came with the bike. But since my mid50s I’ve been sensitive to pressure and soreness on the sit bones.
I took a leap of faith and ordered 2 sport models. I only have a few shorter test rides-20 miles+/- but it’s been a positive experience. Comfortable on the first ride.
I have two 150 mile trips on the GAP this summer and am anxious to compare how I felt after last years rides.
If you’re unsure, I’d give it a go. If it costs a few bucks to keep me active and cycling, it’s gotta be money well spent.

I wish I hadn’t waited so long to purchase the Sport bike seat. The moment I sat to ride it was the most comfortable sit I’ve experienced. With my other seat, if I saw a bump or uneven surface coming up, I’d have to lift off the seat - I’ve been staying seated and no jarring or pain at all. I’m extremely happy with my new bike seat and looking forward to riding comfortably again. I’m a Happy Camper!

Although sceptical that it would help it did. Able to ride for an hour on three occasions with no pain in the ischial tuberosity area at all. I never had problems with the nuts anyway. Very pleased.

IF I HAD GOTTEN THE SADDLE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME I WOULD HAVE GIVEN FIVE STARS. I AM 79 YEARS OLD AND RIDE 80-100 MILES A WEEK. IWAS DEALING WITH EXREME NUMBNESS AFTER 10 MILES WITH A NEW SADDLE AND DECIDED TO TRY THE ASCENT 2.0. I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT I HAVE NO NUMBNESS AT ALL AFTER THE FIRST THREE RIDES!! VERY HAPPY!!

1st 20+ mile ride w new seat yesterday, much better than harder, narrower seat i had!

Just took my first "real" ride on my new seat. Rode for almost 2 1/2 hrs with no problem. First time I've been able to ride that length in a long time. Looking forward to more rides and pushing the limit.

So far so good! Took a while to arrive. I’ve only done two short twenty or twenty five mile rides but has been comfortable with my sciatica where other saddles have not been. The rear of the saddle is very wide so I wouldn’t call it cool and sleek. No matter, all I want is comfort. Pr’d on Strava with it today because my mechanics were better.

I am 73 years old and have been riding my two gravel ebikes 100+ miles/week for the last few years. However, I'm suddenly prone to saddle sores. A pro bike fit helped some, but the condition remains. I tried Accent 2.0, but I'm not used to a soft saddle where I sink so far into. I am still trying it, as it is comfortable for the short rides.

I had a factory seat on my bike. After 5-6 miles, I could barely walk when I first got off, not from being tired, but from pain from the seat. I went an 11 mile ride yesterday, with no pain. Initially, I was concerned that it might not fit, but realized I just needed to swap out some unneeded parts, you’d given me options depending on my bike’s set up. Can’t wait for my next ride.

The Ascent seat was a bit delayed in arriving, but eventually made its way to my front door by USPS.
This the most comfortable seat I’ve owned. Have had 5 road bikes total, including 3 e-bikes, with a total of 9 different seats. Go with this one if comfort is your first or most important criterion.

I’m just a casual rider but my old seat was very uncomfortable. The ascent seat is a game changer for me.

We’ve tried multiple seats on our bicycles throughout the years. We always have found ourselves re-situating ourselves throughout our bike rides. With the new seat both my wife and I are enjoying comfortable rides and don’t even have to think about situating! Great product :-)

I spent a lot of money on my bike because it has a long range. What I found is if you don’t have a good seat it can turn into torture. I got an ascent seat because it looked like it could be comfortable for the longer distance. The difference was the immediate when I ride it is now fun and I can enjoy my bike
