Been a customer for years the last couple of years the service is very poor. No show no practicality every week got to keep chasing them for a collection promise one day and don’t turn up again!! When they do turn up leave the bin in the middle of the car park so no cars can come or go. And they tie you to a contract that’s almost impossible to get out of. AVOID

Weak service, Unfair, rude, fraudulent,be careful never ever deal with them

I signed a one year contract, but there t&c In the small print
Allows them to put you on a rolling contract. And you can only cancel it within a time frame that suits them.
My contract finishes on the 15 June 2026
I’ve asked to cancel and it’s still May
But I’ve missed their window. And they have put me on a new contract, that I most certainly did not ask for.
They miss collections constantly, then don’t turn up for weeks. Then charge you for being over weight.
After two years of having a skip, they turned up when we was not there and replaced our skip with a smaller broken skip( the lid is broken and full of water I’m guessing so they can charge you for being over weight) this was not agreed.
They firstly denied the skip had been changed. Then told me I had requested an urgent collection. I DIDN'T
And they had no available bin wagons to collect and only a skip lorry. ( they make lies up constantly)
I spoke to a man ( who cried that I named him in the first review. So I had to take its name out) who says he was the legal department
He does not come across as a practically nice person, very arrogant
Just keeps referring to the t & c

Just do yourselves a favour and avoid

Ellie on the Live Chat was awesome! Fast to respond and very helpful. My issue was sorted within minutes! Love it when these live chats work well and I don't have to call and end up on hold for hours.

I keep telling them they haven't collected our food bin. Each time I get a different customer service advisor telling me I am on a fortnightly food collection. I know full well I am on a fortnightly food collection, I also know full well their drivers have not collected the bin for weeks as my excellent camera system tells me the haven't been, even when they say they have. They re-scheduled my last collection and still didnt empty the bin. This company is a joke.

Very bad service. Never took my bin on time. I also contacted with them everytime they give me collection day but they never come to collect bin.

Uninvited sales visit to business - ignored clear NO SOLICITING sign in door & attempted to leave business leaflet anyway.

Sales person then left leaflets tucked into neighboring properties security grills which then ended up in the street.

Excellent customer service

Hired a waste compactor due to current unit failing. Good communication throughout and a very smooth process.

Please！Please！Please！ to any one who is checking up on this company, read this and avoid this company at all cost, and don't believe a word they say.

At the point of sell they will give all the best discount you can imagine to lure you in, once you are with them you are screwed.

1. they will start to raise the price with out any conminication, regardless what is written with in the contract, they can always come up with a excusse. (I was given a 12 months fixed, but yet my price raised after 3 months.)

2. if you are not carefull, at the end of you contract term, it will automatically roll on for a futher 36 months, it is with in the small print of there contract.

3. Guess what, to end the contract you will have to send a letter (E-mail apparantelly is not official) to the Head office (that keep changging it location), no earlier than 5 months before the contract ends, but also not latter than 3 months before the contract ends.

4. I would not go in to details about the little things like, missing collection, date changes, invoicing, the so call 'chargeable weigh'.

all and all, I am still stuck in with them but hopefully this review can stop you step in the a trap.

Here is an update:
After carefully study their so call 'contract condition' I have manage to make sure my 'end of service' notice was sent in on time by the correct way of doing so (recorded post), they first sent out a 'new representative', all smiley and friendly trying to give us a so call discount (when other company were charging the similar price, some maybe even less), to lure you to stay with them.
when question was raised about the pricing, they try to give you the good old cows manure of "oh, you don't know what condition these other company will have", "oh, their service is not as good as ours" bla bla bla. Basically trying to say 'you better of with the devil you know' and promises of he/she will do their personal best to maintain a high standard of service.

DON'T BE NAIVE! BE ALART! GET OUT! THIS IS ANOTHER TRAP!

Here is what happen when I stand my ground and say "we want out". Phone call was made to me by the lovely James, asking what is our thought on the new offer? when I say "thank you, but no thank you", the tone change was astonishing, Conversation as followed:

“oh, I can tell you now, your 'end of service' notice has been accepted, please contact us 1 week prior to this date to remove the containers"

"please could you follow the "end of service" notice requested action, make sure the bin is removed after the last waste collection, and base on the previous experience with your company, I would still like to receive a "aknowledge" letter to be sent out to me by post please."

"I will sent a confirmation out via email"

"as explain, I would like to receive a paper copy for my own legel protection"

"oh, we don't do that"

"it's in the contract term and conditions, I believe it not too much to ask, if you require the customer to do things by 'recorded post'"

"that claws is only for the customer"

Every time I tried to speak, I was brutly interrupted, I had to raised my voice to get what I wanted to say over, He could not wait to say 'see ya' and hand the phone down.

I hope my experience raise enough of a alert to people, if you are getting in, please don't! if you are trying to get out, good luck!

Update Again:
nothing has been solve like how they make out to be in the reply to this review, I have simply escape from this company when I had the chance, after years of fighting and trying to play their game the way they want.
My last challenge is trying to arrange for the last collection and have them remove the bin from our site.

Been a customer for a number of years now. The last 18 months, the service has been shocking. No services on the scheduled day. Change of days when service is scheduled at last minute. The constant calling as lack of communication with them telling you when a service has been cancelled. Called one day to ask why my service hadn’t been fulfilled, told it was happening on that day and still no service so had to call again on the Monday to ask why. I asked why I was not allowed to cancel my contract when they weren’t fulfilling their side and was told I could not cancel.

I will not be renewing my contract and would warn other people not to use this company.

Waste of space keep missing collections and their excuse is due vehicle breakdown almost twice a month and they still charging you for their missed connections .they can not catch up and the funny thing is you can still see their vehicles around your area picking up other businesses waste

The onboarding process was so easy. Ash have supported us in changing supplier and continued with the support and high level of communication into our service contract.
