This is the second appointment I’ve had with Aston hearing in Saunderton, I have found the experience to be very professional and very friendly staff.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

There is always a certain amount of trepidation when going for something like a hearing test. I need not have worried, Chloe immediately put me at my ease and took me through the whole process in a both professional and friendly manner. She explained how I would need to adjust to using my new hearing aids and explained the support from Aston Hearing going forward. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I attended the Princes Risborough (Saunderton) site for a hearing test with audiologist Chloe. She was very thorough and asked about all aspects of my hearing before doing the actual testing. She explained the results very clearly and highlighted a potential issue and referred me for an MRI scan before selecting and supplying an aid. I think this highlights the in-depth testing and ensuring all aspects have been checked out rather than just ‘selling’ a hearing aid.
Very impressed with such thoughtful treatment.
And…having the Grange restaurant on site too is an excellent addition to make the whole experience a pleasant one.!

My wife and I visited Aston Hearing at Saunderton, Hearing Dogs for the Deaf. As usual the service and treatment was excellent . The procedure was carried out very professionally by Louise, who explained each action very carefully and clearly.

I visited the Thame clinic recently for ear-wax removal following unsuccessful attempts to get my GP surgery to take an interest in my painful right ear. Cassie did a great job removing the wax but noticed an infection and possible bone abnormalities within the ear canal. She sent a referral to my GP asking the surgery to prescribe antibiotic spray for the infection and for an onward referral to ENT for investigation of the bone growth abnormalities.
The GP surgery clearly have great faith In Aston Hearing as they prescribed the antibiotic spray, which cleared the infection within 1 week, and referred me to ENT! Subsequently I've had an appointment with an ENT consultant, a CT scan on my ears and have an appointment for follow-up with the consultant to review the scan results.
All this has taken place in a short period of time due to the professionalism of Aston Hearing and their great patient follow-up. I cannot thank them enough and would certainly recommend them to anybody who is thinking about ear wax removal and/or the condition of their ears.

If you are having issues with your hearing I can thoroughly recommend Aston Hearing who provide a five star service. I have been a client for many years and attend the clinic at The Grange. My audiologist Chloe has recently provided me with a new set of re-chargeable hearing aids and took great care to ensure that they were comfortable and the sound quality was set at the correct level for me. This company are very professional and caring and Kieran on reception will always greet you with a friendly smile.

The receptionist was welcoming, Hollie (the audioligist) was very prompt, put me at ease, answered all my questions clearly, explained the 'cros' requirement and I am now proceeding with a hearing aid.

From first contact, I have had exceptional service. During my first conversation, they listened to the issues I was having with my (then) current hearing aids from another supplier and booked me in with Les in Amersham.
Les was extremely thorough and gave excellent advice in a professional but friendly manner. I have since bought new hearing aids from Aston Hearing, tailored to my requirements and preferences and the difference is like night and day. I have had a follow up after wearing them where Les fine tuned them based on my real world usage and my only regret is not going to them sooner.

I am in a trial period for my hearing aids and inevitably have numerous questions regarding their suitability. Hollie has been extremely helpful and offered many reassuring & constructive comments, regarding my doubts.

I was concerned about a doctor's referral I'd received about my hearing last week and decided to have a check with Aston Hearing at the Grange, Saunderton.
The whole experience was very thorough and professional; from the receptionist who was very attentive on the phone and personable when I arrived, through to the visit where I was attended to by Louise and Chloe.
Everyone had a great manner and I only wish that other services could take a leaf out of their book.

Audiologist (Chloe) was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable, attended to all concerns raised and helped me choose a solution with no pressure that has so far had an amazing impact.

Five stars for everything

I was passing the Thame branch and decided to pop in to enquire. The helpful lady at reception explained the service clearly and even checked my ears there and then to confirm I didn’t have a build-up of wax. She then booked me an appointment for a hearing test.
When I returned, I saw Hollie, who thoroughly investigated my concerns before carrying out the test. Thankfully, everything was normal for my age.
Highly recommend this service — professional, friendly, and a great reminder of how important it is to look after your hearing.
