I used to be one of the tenants at 106 Cobbold Road, and I must say that throughout my tenancy, I never experienced any issues with the agency or the landlord. I appreciate the quality of service they provided me during my three years there. Therefore, I would rate their service as 9 out of 10. I gave them a nine because there is always room for improvement.

I also want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the agency for their exceptional service, particularly the landlord, Mark, of 106 Cobbold Road, for going above and beyond for his tenants.

I recently worked with an Aston Square and delt with Gabrielle and Sol, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They were able to guide me through the entire process of renting a new home, from start to finish. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had.

What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they were able to find properties that were a perfect match. They were also very knowledgeable about the local market and were able to provide valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions.

Overall, I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property. They are truly the best in the business!

Aston Square are the best lettings and management agents. They found me great tenants quickly and they have provided an excellent management service.

Great service. The whole team were very helpful. Sol and Adina though-out the move in process and Gabriella was efficient in sorting out any maintenance issues we had.

Sorry Simon, you have been totally unfair, not trustworthy agent and especially too “mild” when problem occurs in the noisy Lattitude house, W3. I needed to tell you twice what to do to remind others on house rules.
Then pretending on being deaf on Morrison’s overnight loading and truck parked 50cm from our apartment window (double yellow line) etc etc - list is too long. You could have done more effort if your position would be in question.

And “gentle reminders” of my emails to get any of his “prompt” email responses.

My sincere apologies for spending my precious time of arguing with you, especially while pregnant, and had 0 understanding what was going on with that Lattitude house hassle.

Absolutely agency to avoid at all cost and save your nerves if you want to have a sleepy nights as that wasn’t mentioned on the viewing as there’s much more behind those lovely apartments.

The rate about this estate agency is a way too high in my opinion!
It might be rating themselves , no words otherwise comparing to the service they provide.
Who ever’s thinking of moving to Acton Area ,Lattitude House , just AVOID.
The Morisons warehouse just in front of your window with the truck running on all night.
No single word was mentioned when we popped in for the viewing which has last about 5 minutes!!
The entire building have an awful opinion about Simon and the office generally.
There were at least 5-6 flats moved out in less than a month due to rowdy fellas from the Morrrison!Trucks, fork lifts running all night i you can’t do nothing!
Lack of professionalism, communication and respect.
At the time of moving out they will forge you to pay for something just to cut down the deposit to the maximum!!!
My list can go on and on , i think i made my point!
Just AVOID!!!!

Sol was very helpful in getting my offer accepted, Adina was prompt in responding to my enquiries and all in all, the team was both accomodating and kind!
The whole process was a breeze and I would definitely recommend this agency!

Worst estate agents ever. I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
Colleagues are full of crap.
I viewed a property and was told to leave a holding deposit which I did. As references weren’t taken up within the time the tenancy was delayed by a day. But they were adamant for me to pay the security deposit after many exchanges requesting that the date of tenancy needs to be updated to the day of me moving into the property. I was told by this Adina that she then needed to check with the landlord if the tenancy date could be moved forward. Meantime her colleague Solomon sent me a message saying he’d spoken to the landlord regarding changing the date of tenancy. Two dumb people working closely together yet providing different pieces of information. I asked to withdraw my offer due to this as the information provided was different. They are refusing to give me my deposit back due to lack of communication amongst themselves. Legal advice requested and will be taking this matter further. The director of this company really needs to look at the employees they have hired as this has given them a really bad name as a company and have sent the word viral for no one to reach out to such an unprofessional company. This is stealing from people and pocketing themselves. So shameful to be known as human beings.

What can I say? Aston Square is a gem of the property management world. Having rented different properties over the last 20 years. I have now been in my current property for about a year. Gabriella Cantor is by far the best property manager ever. Responds and resolves all issue super quickly. I feel truly lucky to have Aston Square, especially Gabriella as my property manager.

Almost three years they help manage my properties and I am very happy.

What an amazing company! Aston Square found a buyer for my house at full asking price within weeks! They took the worry out of the whole process and went above and beyond …I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I have dealt with Aston Square numerous times over the past few years. They are honest, caring individuals. I have dealt with many companies in and around London and these guys are pure gold. When you find a guy like Josh, you don't go anywhere else! Would highly recommend to my family and friends.
