Jullie schrijven binnen 2 min 2x onterecht bijna 60 euro van mijn rekening.. boeven zijn het. Je sluit een trail af en zomaar kunnen ze afschrijven.

Ik raad nog steeds aan om voorzichtig te zijn en goed op te letten waar je klikt op de site. Indien je, al dan niet per ongeluk, op ‘download pdf’ klikt, betaal je daar 29.99 voor, zonder face ID bevestiging of bevestiging via pincode bij apple pay.

Astroline is zeer misleidend!!!
Astroline is zeer misleidend, voordat je het door hebt. Betaal je voor een abonnement. Zelf had ik een ervaring met een dubbele betaling. Nadat ik dit gemeld had, tonen ze geen enkele coulance en verschuilen ze zich achter de “kleine regeltjes”, dus bij deze. Wees gewaarschuwd!!!!!

OPLICHTERS
Na meermaals contact hebben ze eerst mijn geld teruggeboekt, maar omdat ik de negatieve recensie niet heb aangepast/verwijderd hebben ze het geld toch nog afgeschreven. Ondanks dat ik in mijn recht sta op compensatie. Graag zou ik mijn geld terug willen hebben! Heb binnen de afgesproken tijd geannuleerd, dit bedrijf is echt pure oplichting. Als je per ongeluk op een verkeerde knop klikt schrijven ze meteen geld van je creditcard af. Nogmaals zie ik mijn geld graag terug anders ga ik verdere stappen ondernemen!!!

Stelletje vieze vuile oplichters zijn het, NIET KOPEN !!!!
Je denkt een trial te kopen voor €1.21 en ze naaien je waar je bij staat door daarna ook nog eens €29,99 van je bankrekening te stelen. Je hebt geen poot om op te staan omdat het allemaal in kleine lettertjes niet leesbaar is dat je daadwerkelijk akkoord bent gegaan. Wat een stelletje eikels

Misleidende praktijken. Werd via facebook gelokt met 1 euro aanbieding voor soort horoscoop rapport. Als je hierop ingaat verschijnt na een aantal vragen een grote knop met ‘lees hier het rapport’. Als je daar op drukt ben je de sjaak. Er staat namelijk in miniscule en onopvallende letters boven die knop dat je nog eens 29,99 euro aan ze spendeert én dat je ook nog eens een abonnement afsluit. Op vreemde wijze vraagt apple pay bij deze betaling/abonnementafaluiten ook niet om te bevestigen. Geen idee hoe ze dat voor elkaar hebben gekregen bij een normaal waterdicht systeem van apple in dit soort dingen.
Eerste email naar hun servicedesk leverde niets op.
Deze review op trustpilot wel, kreeg alsnog de 29,99 euro retour. Daardoor een ster erbij gegeven en het woord ‘oplichting’ gewijzigd naar ‘misleiding’.

Maak geen gebruik van deze app.
Maak geen gebruik van deze app. Alleen uit op geld verdienen. Willen zo snel mogelijk zo veel mogelijk geld van je rekening houden. Onduidelijk waar je voor intekent. Ik was nieuwsgierig en de €1 trial ervaring leek me acceptabel. Niets is minder waar. Uitschrijven met extra stappen die je makkelijk over het hoofd ziet en onwaarschijnlijk hoge bedragen voor een app die niets voorstelt. Ik noem dit oplichting met een schijn van legitimiteit. Het is ongetwijfeld allemaal legaal maar daarom nog niet klantvriendelijk of ethisch. Wederom ontgoocheld in de mensheid.
