Asturias Bathrooms Reviews

I ordered online, e-mailed a query and received a prompt reply, the goods I ordered arrived on the day I needed them - what more is there to say?

Highly recommended company. I was replacing a shower, like-for-like, and done an online search. Asturias were the cheapest by a country mile (£150 in some instances). But cheapest doesn't mean poor service. Quite the opposite is true. Great communication detailing every part of the ordering/delivery process. Product well packed and delivered on the day they stated. Very satisfied and can't find fault.

Bought product and awaited delivery nothing happened so I chased and was told the product was out of stock awaiting delivery.
2/3 day delivery turned out to be 2 weeks

Ordering and delivery absolutely fine. Mirror not yet fitted but fingers crossed there will be no problems.

Ordered a mirror, received in 2days, well packed, very tidy and well organised delivery van which makes a change!

Excellent product competitively priced and delivered within two working days. What more can you ask for. Highly recommended.

Easy to use website, very competitive prices, fast delivery. Would shop there again.

Excellent customer service would always use this company.

Quick efficient service. Will use again

Absolute joke of a company! Do NOT bother buying from them. We ordered 2 items, a wall hung vanity unit and a basin to go with it. Both items where on a 3-5 day delivery schedule. Both items, after many phone calls and chasing arrived 13 days after being ordered. We were told numerous lies about where our item was including that they had attempted to deliver it but no one was home, (we had 8 workmen at our house that day so there was definitely someone there) that the courier wouldn't deliver it because it was over 32kg, (how was it able to leave the warehouse if it was too heavy, also not really my issue as I'd paid for delivery and therefore should be able to expect it would be delivered by 2 people if needed). We were also told that they couldn't chase it with the courier as their phone lines were down but when we called the courier to chase it we were told that it hadn't been sent as the company hadn't paid the postage. As you can see one thing after another! The final straw was then it finally arrived the vanity unit was badly damaged. It had chips al along it that had been tapped up. It was obviously an old damaged unit that they had decided to send out anyway. We then cancelled the basin as it was no point getting that when we weren't keeping the vanity only for it to turn up at our house 3 days later!! Bad service and bad product. It's really not worth it. The company that they work with are Showerstoyou so don't order through them either.

Fast efficient service. Good value as well.

Excellent service, speedy despatch and ontime delivery as advised.

Web site and delivery went very sweetly.

If I need to buy something similar I will look at this web site first

Quick delivery. Very satisfied with the items purchased.

Excellent value and prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Item no longer required, when contacted said there was a 5 day company return policy which I believe to be against my consumer rights, but was advised it's the company policy.
Was advised by very unhelpful person to "try and sell it on eBay"
Will not be recommending your business to any one!!
