I never normally leave reviews but I had such a good customer experience so I feel obliged to! I ordered the FOG essentials tracksuit but it fit a bit too big. I contacted the customer services team who helped me arrange an exchange. I only sent the parcel back on Wednesday and I’ve already got the new size today and it’s only Friday! Will definitely buy again
