Good First Impression, But an Unfortunate Accident During Installation
Honestly, the product arrived on time and the battery looked to be in very good physical condition. The packaging and delivery experience were both positive.
However, unfortunately I never had the chance to properly evaluate the battery itself. I replaced the battery on my own based on my previous experience with laptop repairs, but during the installation a sudden spark occurred on the motherboard and, sadly, the main board was damaged.
It was a very upsetting experience, especially because I cannot say for certain whether the battery itself was working correctly or not after that incident.

Replacement went exceptionally well.
Replacement battery received promptly and included all the tools necessary to change over my laptop battery.
Battery change over was completed with a minimum of fuss and a couple of hours later the new battery was fully charged. Computer is now working as it should. Very happy!
