The purchase experience has been fine
The purchase experience has been fine. The on-line shop was user friendly and the correct battery was easy to find although only the A series was available when I was hoping to get a B series. It is too early to comment on how it performs but at this stage, it seems fine.

Easy process and quick

The battery and the tools were correct…
The battery and the tools were correct for my model. Delivery was prompt. Sad to say I damaged the computer when trying to disconnect the battery, so I may never know how the new battery will perform.

Clear Information on Web Site as to finding and order correct laptop Battery Replacement (NOTE laptop year 2020). Helpful Tool kit supplied with battery, Web Site instruction on how to remove and replace Battery very helpful. (Took out the guess work)

I was going to buy a new laptop
I was going to buy a new laptop, but saw this company online. Great reviews and very good prices on the batteries. I decided to try them, and I am glad I did. My son uses the laptop for university, and he said it now works very well and the battery lasts all day with no problems. Good delivery time and easy to replace, I am happy that I made the choice to repair rather than replace the laptop.

I purchased a laptop battery, I was able to input the make, model and serial number from the laptop on your website found the replacement battery, the site also double checks and asks if you want to leave more details for example the make, model and serial so the dispatch team and cross reference your choice to help ensure you are getting the correct items you are after! Delivery was Australia post came within 3 days as stated, well packaged, in tact, labelled also with tools to replace the battery two types of screwdriver, and accessories.

Poor Quality Battery, Poor Quality Customer Service
This store "Asusbatteryshop" is a front/subsidiary for Chinese Aolstecell parent company, initially battery arrived and fitted all good however failed after less than 6 months where the laptop was hardly used, to where the laptop could not use or detect the battery at all.
After harassing their customer service for a full refund as per Australian Consumer Law, as they state their batteries have a 1 year warranty, they would only refund me 50% of my order amount.
Avoid and order OEM batteries only!!!

Warranty return contact - no response to date
Have been trying to get in contact by email over the last 2 weeks, and have been getting no answer to my RMA request. I may need to go through paypal regarding the warranty claim to get my money back on the swollen battery.
