Ils m’ont remboursé, je recommande vivement ce site pour moi ça a été une très très belle expérience. Je recommande vivement!!!!!

Les birkenstock ont été expédiées de Chine (bizarre pour une boutique censée être basée en Suisse…) et la qualité est déplorable en plus de la très forte odeur de colle au moment d’ouvrir la boîte.

Après plusieurs mois, je me permets de poster un nouvel avis concernant l'Atelier Sélénia.
Je tenais juste à souligner qu'au delà d'être commerçants, ce sont avant tout des personnes qui, je penses, essaient de faire de leurs mieux tout en respectant les clients pour lesquelles ils travaillent.
J'ai eu, comme beaucoup le reflexe de m'emporter (ne connaissant pas mes interlocuteurs), mais avec un peu de patience il y a toujours une solution.

Broken strap
My son only had the crocs a week and the strap broke! They sent another button to replace the original one that did not fit and looked so cheap!! I sent pics and nothing was ever done so the strap is still broken!!

We are sorry to hear about the issue with the strap. As mentioned in our previous exchanges, we did send a replacement button as a courtesy, even though damage caused after use is not always related to a manufacturing issue.
