Fast shipping but terribly cheap cotton dress- very unimpressed !!!!!!!!!!!11I ordered a dress on 17/12 for the first time. They have sent me about 12 e-mails that they have confirmed my order and it is getting ready to be dispatched. Of course, finally it arrives the quality of the dress is nothing like in the picture at all Their clothing items not all that cute emailed, tweeted, Instagrammed to get support to return the dresses. Don't like the latest styles
I love the quality of the products and used to buy a lot from Athleta. But the styles of 2020 and 2021 are not flattering, so I buy somewhere else.
I forgot to include the discount code…
I forgot to include the discount code (20%) when checking out and tried to contact customer support to get the discount applied. Experienced a complete electronic run around and noresponse from customer service or web support. The first response was "wrong department" and the link they sent me to the correct department was bogus and the link on Paypal details was non-functional. What a pain, I guess they needed the extra $40. Will not buy from them again. At this writing still have not recieved a response. The product has not shipped yet so my expectation is this request shouldn't be difficult to fulfill.
Crap business
I've been ordering from them for a few years. I have found for the price, not that good of quality. Lululemon is more$$ but better quality. The worst part of this company is there in ability to ship items correctly and on time. Before covid I've had horrible results with this issue and for them to try and tag the delivery service is horrible. It took them 10 days to ship and item was incorrect. Now it's my responsibility to return. There asking customer to go into a business during covid. Crap business.

I was a loyal Athleta customer for several years but no longer! I returned an item to a store which was never credited to my Athleta credit card. After trying SEVERAL months to resolve this issue (including mailing a letter and copy of the return receipt), I have finally given up on Athleta. I have cancelled my Athleta credit card and will no longer shop there.
Cannot UNSUSCRIBE for FOUR MONTHS!
For the last four months I’ve tried to unsubscribe from both Athleta and Athleta Fit Pro emails. I have hit UNSUBSCRIBE on FOUR different occasions and STILL receiving emails. So then I called the number at the bottom of the emails.
On the FOURTH CALL I was ASSURED by a manager that I would be REMOVED from ALL emails. Guess what? I’m STILL receiving them!
On the FIFTH call I speak to another customer manager and she tells me that I need to CALL the STORE where I signed up for the Fit PRO membership. I call the store and of course they tell me they have nothing to do with the emails or control of unsubscribing.
This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!! Can you explain this? Do you think I'll EVER shop with you AGAIN??

Often shopped at Athleta
Often shopped at Athleta. Rainier Tights not warm enough for New England Winters. Best overall tight was their "All In Tight." We (friends and sisters) would purchase multiple tights every year. Have tired of trying to get them to bring them back. Love that they are Certified B but they do not listen to their customers. Newer versions do not stay up on tall women and pill.

I WAS a big fan of Athleta, that is until I received for the second time merchandise that is dirty. I ordered a pair of bike shorts and they were so filled with black stain marks all over. It looked as though the just threw it in a shipping bag. No plastic bag to protect it. I talked with customer service and they could send me a shipping label and 10% discount. That’s it. They couldn’t send me a new one because it’s sold out. Absolutely ridiculous - this is the second time I’ve had issues with receiving dirty merchandise. I am so so disappointed.

I had a very great customer service experience in The Cherry Creek Athleta Store in early August.
I had returned three items that were too large and gotten three other items to replace these.
When I returned to the store to purchase another of your wonderful product, a great sales associate greeted me by name!
Her name is Doranne! I have always loved to work with her!
She is an excellent sales associate.
She called me back to the dressing room, pulled out the items I had returned and said that she didn’t think I had gotten return credit on these items!
We went through the whole process of my purchases and returns.
She was right! Over $100 hadn’t been credited to my account!
How great this was!

I don't think I will be ordering from Athleta again, it was an unpleasant learning experience during this pandemic. First off the reps weren't as friendly & accommodating as I thought they would be & trying to exchange products using merchandise credit was like pulling wisdom teeth. Sending items back for credit took so darn long. Mind you, it only took about 3 days for the pkg to reach them, but it took a century for them to process then credit you......It was So frustrating!😖It's the first time I've ever experience such a long drawn out return process, OMG!! Worst part, it happened twice. Reps need to practice a little more courtesy at the end of the conversation at least with a "bye" & not just hang up. Back in the day, reps & phone operators were very friendly & courteous with customers.
Great Leggings
I would say that Athleta is like a more affordable Lululemon; they have extremely similar designs and items, but Athleta is definitely cheaper. I especially love their leggings, which are great for work outs or lounging in. Super good quality!
Southlake Town Sq location
The Southlake, TX location is not complying with the state mandated requirement that all customers don a mask before entering the store, which is especially concerning considering the DFW area is covid out of control, as well as the entire state of Texas. Although the corporate office said they will require masks beginning Aug. 1, 2020, ALL other reputable retailers have been in compliance since July 2. Today I witnessed a group of healthy 20 to 30 y/o women enter without masks claiming medical conditions while slurping their Starbucks coffee. Obviously this is a method of bypassing the ruling, & absolutely unacceptable. I, nor my nurse colleagues exhausted from caring for these selfish, irresponsible people, will be shopping at Athleta in the future. As a private co., do the right thing by requiring masks under all circumstances, to protect your employees, as well as your customers. Front line health care provider!
good leggings but pricy
I received leggings as a gift a few years ago and they have held up pretty good to this day. Quality is good but definitely expensive.
Over 30 days to process refund...
Ew, the quality of fabrics and cuts are pretty horrible.
I returned everything except two items, but I already want to donate them because they don't wash well. I will stick with Lulu and Zella.
ALSO, It took Athleta over 30 days after receiving my return to process it. Thought people should know about that....
Fake reviews from unverified customers
This review is strictly for clothing reviews on Athleta's website, not quality. I was looking for feedback from customers who have purchased a skort I'm considering online, and saw more than 1500 4 and 5 star reviews. Amazing, right? But then I see that they're mostly "sweepstakes entry" reviews, and Gap/Athleta will enter anyone (verified purchase not required) who submits a review into a sweepstakes to win 200 gift card for each review submitted. What?? Just look up the "Soho Skort" and see the thousands of reviews for yourself. So much for trusting reviews on this site.
My go-to yoga wear company
I have always had a good experience with Athleta. They are one of my favorite yoga wear companies and even for some casual wear. They have free returns unlike many other companies and have used this easily by printing the labels and dropping them off.
Horrible Customer Service !!!
Trying to get any assistance with your account is almost impossible. Extremely difficult understanding operators. Difficult to get through. I paid a bill and another charge came in just afterward. When I tried to get through on the phone, they forced me to record every detail about my background - including DOB, address, even my age etc, when all I wanted to do was pay a bill.
It was unbelievable.
Although ATHLETA clothing is terrific - I highly discourage anyone from getting their credit card via Synchrony Bank.
Really bad costumer service
Really bad costumer service. Is impossible to try to cancel an order and the even worst to get your money back or gift card back....
No wonder why people buy staff from amazon and other places with good costumer service.

It’s been over 15 days still have not seen it back on my account I called customer service, they were so nice it’s just the process of waiting each time I make a return And I ordered a bigger size an I received it within a few days....
