This delays payment when family gone to collect and I have to call them for clarification.

Ausserdem hatten Sie mir nach dem letzten um eine Woche verzögerten Versand Kostenfreiheit zugesagt. Ist auch nicht passiert. Meine emails wurden auch nicht mehr beantwortet, warum die Verzögerung und Bitte um Schadenersatz. Kein guter Service.
