I’m so confused right now, not like we had a global price crash or something, ur exchange rate went up about 20% I’ve never seen such before. Do we still have people transacting with such high rate? Definitely not me. Kindly update ur price to match other exchanges to enable us transact please.

I’m not so happy
I’m using this website for years now in the beginning they service was very accurate and fast and with very good customer service but recently their customer service is very slow and terrible it takes hours to get to someone to speak to if you are lucky enough someone answers you and rarely your issue get resolve by them and their service is also became slow it takes a long time for transaction get delivered, it’s absolutely frustrating.
