So much unprofessionalism in their service system. I sent funds and the transaction was marked “Order completed” without the recipient receiving the funds. It took an extra 6+ hrs to have that rectified. Customer Care Unit is very appalling, frankly. There’s still so much work they need be done.

High transfers charges and the transfer…
High transfers charges and the transfer takes an awful long time (2 weeks plus) to reach recipient. I have to log complaints several time before the transaction is finally processed.
