Worst money transfer experience
This was the worst money transfer experience I have had.
I initiated my request on the 21st of January and the transfer happened on the 22nd of February - one calendar month after! At some point, I thought I had been scammed and mentally wrote off the transfer amount.
The worst part of it for me was that I had to chase and chase before I got any form of communication. There was no plausible explanation for the delay except that their banking platform was down (for one month?) and when I asked for a refund, I got absolutely no response or any assurances.
I will never use ATL money transfer again and will certainly not be recommending it to my network.

Last few sendings were very bad…
Last few sendings were very bad service. Last sending took 3 days. Atl fees are expensive. I will not use atl anymore. With MoneyGram is faster and costs are 25% of what atl takes.
